Location
Food. You are in Turkey so please don't expect 'British' grub! There is a large food selection to choose from, not only with the cooked meats and fish but also with the vegetable dishes too, definitely something for everyone. The desserts went down a treat with our family, also the pancakes made on the spot were a hit with the kids and me!
The hotel is right next to the beach so you only have a 2 minute walk to get there. Very nice location with plenty greenery and scenery!? spread throughout the complex. We loved the deep red, purple and pink colours of the flowers as well. Nicely laid out paths with nooks and crannies along the way with nice spots in the grounds to take some good holiday snaps.
The staff could not have been more helpful, always ready to help with any enquiry or problems. The cleaners were punctual and efficient (with two kids in the apartment they had their work cut out!). Dining room and bar staff were prompt and helpful. Even the gardners were out in force every morning, to tidy up the flowers and fallen leaves etc.
End of season, so the entertainment was not as good as I believe it was during the summer months. We spent more time down the streets at the stalls rather than at the hotel, although there always seemed to be a small crowd watching the entertainment.
Would I visit again? A resounding yes, beautiful location, beautiful hotel, friendly staff and a wonderful beach. Just what you want in a holiday!

do not drink the water they give you at the bar or restaurant. you will be ill.
We used the thompson holiday line midway through as the pool was so dirty you could not see the bottom. also the snack bars, and the main bar closed when they felt like it. The complaints we made were addressed ,but towards the end it had slipped back.
Best bit is watching them sweep up the rubbish around the entire bar area, and sweep it straight into the pool.
the food was ok, sometimes hot, they have a microwave in the restaurant, so you could heat your food up. Nice salad bar, good deserts, not 4 star.
entertainment team were rubbish, in fact they were so bad they were funny, they organised a diving game, one lad hit the bottom and went to hospital, this was right under the no diving sign !!
the entertainment team during the time I was there had great fun entertaining each other and anything in a skirt.
on the whole this place wasnt terrible, but was it not for the decent holiday makers there I would of left after a week.
We are still all on antibiotics for ear problems etc, incidentaly so were 2 of entertainers.
The best bits, nice big room, and mints at reception and drinks on the beach.
the worst, the illness, the ice,
some guests said they had enjoyed it. I think we were spoiled at the Belcekiz the year before.
this place could be good, they need to sack some staff, sack the manager and his son, give the rest a kick, it certainly has the potential to be good, but they lack quality.

The food was very good with a wide variety of choice our waiter Kenan was very nice and took the time to get to know us.
The barstaff were busy and sometimes had a way of avoiding eye contact to serve you but if someone shouts in their language from behind you they got served straight away.
The entertainment wasn't good suited for really young kids i think. karaoke nights were good, hearing all the voices from different countries.
The turkish pizza was nice served on sun/tues/thurs at poolside at 1800 to 1930.
Pool was small for amount of guests and there was not enough seating at night time.
Room was kept very clean.
The ultra all inclusive means you get bottles of water put in your mini fridge.
Paragliding company at hotel was very good and very proffessional compared to some others we seen at top of mountain.
The towels for the pool and beach was a good touch and could be changed daily.
Adult pool nice and quite with pool bar we only used it once because of kids but would be good for adults to get away from the hustle and bustle of main pool.

Pools - had seen comments on being crowded, noisy etc, were slightly worried, however we always got a sunbed and we didnt try till about 9am, was fairly busy but it was the sch hols,( what do you expect?) I think having the over 16 pool has probably helped.
Hotel very clean, maids efficient, came every day. Waiters always busy and cleaned tables as fast as you ate. Mehmet, Tuncay ,Omar and Kenan all desserve a mention. Each one covered certain tables and were happy to get your drinks once you had sat down.
Food good, good selection, typical Turkish, lots of lovely salads, pancakes cooked at breakfast, omelettes freshly made in the restaurant and the Olive Garden from 10 - 11am. Some gorgeous baklava one evening for dessert. Children ate loads of ice cream and the turkish pizza very nice.
Went to the a la carte, well worth

Our first impressions of the hotel were very good as the low rise complex gives you almost unhindered views of Mount Babadan situated behind the hotel with its towering cliff face and twisting roadway.
After a speedy check in our bags were taking to our room by the porter who smiled and made us feel welcome after a long tiring journey made worse by a 4 hour delay and slow mountain transfer from Dalaman Airport.
The room itself was compact but had every thing you needed with decent cupboard space in which the safe was situated and a large double bed and a smaller single bed strewn across the carpeted floor. The bathroom was clean, fully tiled with a smart bath/shower,WC and wash basin incorporating a large mirror and hair-dryer.
Our room(612) was situated on the first floor at the rear of the this complex overlooking the road behind the hotel and views of the next block and tennis courts.
The Hotel had 3 swimming pools with a separate kids pool and a private Adult only pool to the rear.
The Food and staff at the hotel was superb with a buffet style selection of hot and cold dishes to suite all the guests tastes from around Europe. A special mention must go to the staff who simply could not do enough for you and wwere both polite and at times amusing.
The entertainment team did a fine job of keeping the poolside activities going whilst serving up a nightly programme of shows in the evening under the stars.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an above average beach type get away set within the friendly resort of Olu Deniz.
We would highly recommend the Olu Deniz Resort Hotel.
Yes we would return.

Room adequate, food very good something for all tastes, was a little concerned from previous reviews about sunbeds we had no problems.
Entertainment good for the kids with limited resources
thanks to Bob and the team for making our kids holiday.
Overall the staff were very polite and all of us said we would love to return to this hotel.

Had a great time , hard to fault anything . Many people we met were returning 3,4,5 years on the trot & this sums it up .
ALL staff were extremely helpful & work tirelessly , the hotel itself is in a great location & is kept spotlessly clean . Food is the best hotel food i have had , fresh , plentiful & varied .
The entertainment team work from morning to night & make a real fuss of the children & adults alike .
When leaving you feel as if you are saying goodbye to long standing friends as bar , restaurant & entertainment staff hug you & give you their email adresses etc.
Outside of the hotel you MUST visit 'Spice Boy' who runs a small souvenir shop approx 100 yards from the hotel . He is a real character & everyone in Olu Deniz knows him , please visit him he is so friendly & genuine wether you intend to buy or not he just enjoys having a chat with you .
Olu Deniz is a small resort but has everything you need , bars , restaurants , shops etc. , but for couples it lacks any buzzing nightlife although this can be found at the next resort (Hisaronu) approx 10 minutes away .
I am not easily pleased but would have no qualms recommending this hotel & resort to anyone .
