Got back form PP last night, in short a very good holiday. Could not fault the hotel or food. Service from the bar staff could do with being better though. Both kids George age 12 and Elle 10 had a Fab time and really did not want to come back home. We had a standard family room and it had loads of space, air conditioning was good and had variable settings, Tip: if you do want the air con on while you are out of the room in the day or night then just ask reception for an additional card and leave it in the card slot.
Also we booked two trips (mud bath and boat trip) with Mustafa at sarigerme tour (link: INVALID URL its on the right just as you enter the village, these trips were not only fantastic in themselves but you really did feel you got the personal touch and after speaking to other guests who booked the same trips with First Choice and not only paid double what we paid for the identical trip but they were crammed into the boats, our twin deck gullet had just 20 eople on it and first choices single deck must have had 50.
2 points, one to Scottish mum, hope your friends ankle is better the second is to Guide Mustafa, Many thanks to you for everything you did and arranged for me, I hope all goes well and look forward to looking at you new website when it launches.
I will be monitoring posts for a while so if you have any slight question or any concerns just ask and I will be only to happy to help.

Hi, we are back just over a week from PP and had a fabulous time. We are a family of 4 2A + 2C and stayed in a kids den. We were offered the PS the first day but turned it down as we had brought a gameboy. We subsequently got 2 phone calls telling us that they would be delivering it and a card under the door. They do take an imprint of your card which is returned on departure. We were offered. There was only 1 large TV in the main room, but miraculously during our 2nd week a brand new portable TV appeared in the kids den.

Is it the standard european travel adaptors that we need?

For those that have just come back, did you have any problems with getting a sunbed or parasol?

Has anyone used the kids club in the evening, when the children are taken to dinner etc? I am hoping to get a meal without mine once or twice!!

Thanks.

Hello

Can anyone advise on what sort of surface football is it on Grass or Astroturf.
If astroturf -do the kids need jogging bottoms on to protect from burns (seems a bit hot for that)

Thanks

Ste, you recieve a towel card per person which you can exchange daily for a clean towel, (we also took them on the trips and returned them when we returned which was fine. Bars areall inc till 1am but then you get the lobbly bar 24 hour but you must pay on a tomwatch, also their is a nightly disco until 3am, again all inc till 1am. no adults only bar their is an adults only buffet on site although this was not enforced like it should have been. An additional sign did go up re no under 14's and this did reduce the number of small children.
dsj, our kids did 2 night kids club in total they run 9 till 11pm sorry they must be fed and watered before they are dropped out. and yes it is a standard 2 prong adapter that is needed. Re the sunbeds, not a problem, loads of choice all with matreses, parosol though looked to be on the thin side people were moaning that they could not get one, howerve their are permanent ones erected around a few of the pools.
Col, it is astroturf but a nice sort and everbody was playing in shorts and Kids seemed fine with this.

Glad you had a good time. 6 more sleeps to go before we leave for the pegasos palace - all (family of 6) starting to get excited now.

We are staying in 2 of the standard family rooms like you did. Can you let me know what the beds were in the room (doubles, or singles)

Also where are the standard family rooms located in relation to the pools.

What time were the slides open in the main pools - as people previously have said they are only open at certain times of the day.

Thanks in advance

Beemerbabe, the portable TV just arrived without us asking/complaining. We were in the room over an hour before we even noticed it.It did allow the kids to watch the cartoons in their den and us the news on our TV.

re the football pitch - it is astroturf. I would advise dressing the kids in dark clothes as they come off the pitch black. I asked my son had he been playing football or coal mining for 2 hours. Even his drink bottle was black and had to be thrown away. He did have a great time though.

the slides were open from 10-12 and 2-4 when we were there at the start of July.

one of our rooms was a standard and had twin beds and a sofa bed. this room was in the block closest to reception and was fairly near to the pools. our kids' den room was in the block furthest from reception, but still no real distance from the pool. the main pool is huge so no room is ever going to be far from it.

our room was was a nice huge queen size bed then thoprugh the sliding partition was the kids, they had a double plus their was a fold out chair/single bed if that was what they wanted. In relation to the olld distance, do not worry it all depends on which pool you settle for. We ended up with the slides pool at PP. It was never over busy (+ this was full to capicity) and we were close to the kids, however if you prefer chooses one of the smaller pools either PP or PT as these were simply peace full.

Does anyone know if the hotel accepts Visa debit cards as payments for extras such as beauty treatments, Tom watches, mini bar payments etc?

Also, does the cash point in Sarigerme accept such card? I have no credit card and I don't get paid until the day we get there, so wondering how to get hold of more money!

Thanks in advance
