Hey! How about this then!! Filled forms online, paid on line, on Monday. Had appointment for 11 am Tuesday at Birmingham to take forms and passports. Collected today (Thursday) all done and dusted! No problem whatsoever! Well, not for me it wasn't, hubby did it! :que. Great service! :tup

Hi all,
This is my first post, so here goes...

I've been lurking having a read up for a couple of days! we have our first trip to Goa planned in November ... (very excited) But I have a couple of questions, about visa application, I have decided to go for the online option, but have no idea where/what I should put when the form asks for references or address in Goa, I only have the hotel name, and an vague near to location,

I've tried to PM smudger2 for the idiots guide, but with no success!

got the mugshots ready ... rearing to go!

Hi Juds, welcome to HT. There is a thread here http://www.holidaytruths.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=122017 with addresses and postcodes of hotels. Just put 2 of them that are close to your resort. That will be fine. They wont check.

Have a brilliant time in Goa you will love it just like we do.

Hi, you should be able to google the hotel address if it is not on the list. You can put NA for the second referee if it is for a tourist visa.

I have fallen at the first hurdle, thick or what - at the beginning of the form it asks what nationality you are, I said british national, then a few pages through the form it asks what was fathers previous nationality, mothers etc. and what nationality they are now - am I in the wrong application form. Also sadly both my parents are dead do I put deceased or british or what - aaaagh!!!! I know its not funny but just have to laugh.
Help please........................... :think
