hi,just been looking for flights next march found one via dubia and bangalore for £750 for 3 weeks...just didnt fancy monarch again....has anyone seen any better deals, looked at qatar but didnt fancy the long stop in ...paul

emirates leave from manchester......qatar is too long a connection for me...

I know it's taking a chance, but I would leave it until after Xmas. March is not peak time, and other years there have been some good deals around. We are hoping to go again in March, after our December visit, but I won't book until very late on.
The difference is I suppose, we will already have a visa, so won't have to gamble on that.

Perhaps your best chance is waiting another couple of months to see if there are any last-minute deals to hotels that aren't booked up, then ditching the accommodation if it doesn't suit.
Or, be flexible with your dates if at all possible.

Another point, which has been mentioned here before, is to clear your cookies and search again. Some operators' sites recognise return searches and then price on offer rises.

I did a check for them and haven't searched for Goa flights before - sorry walks I was still getting £1000. Maybe try shiyong's advice of waiting a while. Good luck from me too
