We booked the hotel through travel republic but there is an email address on H10 hotels website where you can contact the hotel direct. I try and do this wherever we stay now mainly to confirm they do actually have our booking - my worst nightmare would to be to turn up at the hotel and being told they have no record of our booking
but also to request any other things e.g we have 2 rooms booked this time, one for my sister on her own and one for me,hubby and kids so wanted to ask that the rooms are together.The last time we went to the rubicon we asked before we went whether we could have an upper floor room (better view) but we were not expecting much as we had paid for a standard double (didnt pay extra for sea view) and we were given a lovely room with a great view so it does not hurt to ask!
) but on the minus side only 10 days left of our time here
