DEB8: The standard rooms have a huge double bed and then 2 single beds all in the same room. The rooms are huge.

running caz is right the rooms are huge, the single beds are camp beds my 14 year old had a bigger one than my 6 year old they are about the size of a normal single bed. there is a walk in wardrobe and a huge bathroom you should have plenty of room enjoy it I wish I was there now!

Thanks Carlowanne and running caz you've put my mind at rest rooms sound great. Just hope we manage to escape without too much of a dickie tummy, only going for a week so don't want to miss anything.

hi just wondering if anyone can recommend any particular blocks, ie close to main pools and beach, but not to noisy at night (need my beauty sleep) many thanks ant 
hi everyone we stayed in block 6 it was close till the pool there was a bit of nighttime noise but you are that tired that you dont hear it i was asleep ever night for about 11 i emailed hv before i went
we have booked a swim up room and will be requesting block 7 will that block be noisy?

Loads of people seem to recommend Block 6 - is this block quiet if not which block is away from evening entertainment - what time does the entertainment finish.

Regarding eating when we land at the HV its a good point re the food, also I would suggest although its a good idea to arrive at meal times early, I would also suggest you can also arrive too early, you could be eating what was left from the last meal

Has anyone booked a late check out through the hotel? just wondering how much, till what time and if you actually keep your own room? Many thanks
Katiesmum: We bookied a late checkout through first choice. We got to keep our own room,very handy. I think it is a bit cheaper about £10 to book through the hotel.
Thanks, we`ve usually been very lucky booking thru the hotels we have stayed in - just wanted to check it was possible as I really don`t want FC to have any more of my money!! not impressed with them at all 
regarding late check out I emailed them a while ago they said you can only book it once your there and it is 40 us dollars till 3pm and 50 us dollars until 5pm. Il be going for 5pm defo

Just had an email back from Mohamed confirming our reqest for a late checkout room, $50 until 5pm however I asked for the room until 7pm and he has confirmed that this is arranged for us..................fantastic service from Mohamed and I'm very impressed.

Yippee! Managed to change our booking so that we are now in Holiday Village from 25th Sept 08 for 2 weeks.
Hope it is as good as the HV in Turkey, or better.
