latest update not heard a thing still, just shows how long this complaints process can take to get a few replies !!!!! its disgusting, as soon as i get a sensible reply ill post it on here, think im in for a long wait
well just as i left a post this morning saying i hadnt heard anything ive had a reply now due to late post, letter full of lies and refusing to give me any compensation at all, so ros has suggested taking this to court so watch out future holidays ill see you in court, what a shame it has to go this far but no way am i going to back down, they have refused to answer any questions about the state of the hotel, ie ripped sheets, holes in curtains ,stains on walls and carpets, i have photographic evidence anyway,but all conversations i had on the phone saying i wasnt happy with changes & can i have a refund to which i was totally refused on both occasions of them changing the flight and hotel they have denyed and said ive accepted them, this has really got my back up as i cant abide lies like that, but i suppose trying to prove telephone conversations is impossible as they will have the calls taped and wont be prepared to let anyone hear them as it will prove ive told the truth !!!

sorry ive just joined this forum and think i must be a bit naive. i was under the impression if you booked a holiday you got that holiday. who wants to stay on top of a hill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we just had our hotel changed from one lovely 5 star to what i consider a 5 star i wouldnt book if i was desperate. we found out at the airport. surely we have some rights otherwise wouldnt all holiday just be allocation on arrival.

did you know you can get a copy of the phone logs and they have to give them to you if you request them from customer service( first choice charge £10.00 not sure bout airtours
no i didnt know that but im sure if the phone calls are in your favour and prove them to be liars then they will deny they recorded that conversation !! thanks for your offer of help diane might need it in writing what you thought of the hotel too, good luck with the hospital and hope you recover quickly from what ever problem you have, we need to stick together on this
