I have never been to the El Paso before but am comparing my experience to all the reviews I had read on the place prior to being there plus what was actually advertised in the brochure when I booked.
We were given a choice for breakfast 8-9.15 or 9.15-10.30am we opted for the first time slot as we did not want to wait around for our breakfast wasting our morning the downside was that we could not have a lie in if we felt like it either. The evening meal was the set time one ours was for 7.00pm I read on an information board that the evening meals were served until 10.30pm

but was never around then to see if people were actually eating that late. The man from the family provided with pizza and chips was ranting and raving as he left the restaurant explaining that he had just arrived and did not realise that you had to be there on time.
Its seems normal to me for them to be now cutting a few corners here and there as most companies do....but not when you are paying those sort of prices. I have noticed now on brochures for 2007 the wording for fast passes and the courtesy bus is different both are vague and they could indeed now get away with not providing the original full service, shame it was too late for us.
I have just been having a read about the shuttle bus up until May reviews are stating that it ran 3 times a day to the resort or beach, I was there from the 4th of June and it was not running like that then 2 a day and not to resort. When we got to the beach

we were the only family dressed for the beach and the others did not try to get off the bus they must have been waiting for a stop off actually near the resort
