With which travel company, and what sort of problems please?

In the thomson brochure it says that the watersports and spa are included in the all inc. i checked this before booking. we then payed in full for this. 2 weeks before we were due to go we got a letter from thomson informing us that we would now have to pay extra for these facilities.

I would view this as a "significant alteration to essential terms", to which sections 12 & 13 of the PACKAGE HOLIDAY REGS would apply.

If you have been on the holiday knowing of the change you have in effect accepted it, and I doubt if there is anything you can do now.
