Roxey, I posted ours last Wed too and they still aren't showing. Try not to worry. They send them out very quickly once they have been processed. Ours were quicker last year as well. Only took a week in total from posting to receiving them.

I phoned the helpline, they said 10 - 14 days before they appear as being processed, if not showing next Tuesday phone again. I'm not going to look again until then, I cant stand the stress lol.

Well they are now showing under process 
Now the agonising wait to see what they will do about the envelopes not having the return post paid.

had a peek today and as of 17th we are being processed - hurrah!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone happy !! Honey Bees all round !!! Just got our tickets through as well - other half is bouncing around, just under 3 weeks now.
We had 2 back today,just waiting for 2 more should be tomorrow all being well.So glad for you all getting yours back.Holiday cant come quick enough now.
Aargh HELP.The last 2 have just arrived,they belong to my nieces the problem now is the pictures are in the wrong passports,everything else is right,

get new photos, did you keep copies of the declarations and application form, if so
send everything back with a letter telling them what they have done, put a GREAT BIG URGENT on the envelope and also on lthe covering letter
if you didnt keep copies of the declarations just send the new photos with the urgent letter
dont panic, they should be sorted much quicker than the original application
you may want to call the helpline and get them to tell you what to do, you have 3 weeks to go they shold sort it out in plenty of time
typical, when we think that we have made mistakes its THEM that do the C**k up !!!!

I have got their pictures & will do as you say.
Gonna give them a ring just to double check.

It just gets worse.We have to travel to the application center in Hayes to get these visas sorted.We live in liverpool so as you can imagine its a very long & costly day out 
.If we were to blame it would be bad enough but it's THEIR mistake.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
blooming heck....just make sure that you have all the documentation that you need before you go there
