Just checked my flight times and now we arrive 15 mins later into Mumbai, originally due to arrive at 1100hrs now arriving at 1115hrs. I'm concerned that I may not catch my Goa connection departing at 1250hrs, it seemed a tight schedule before the change, now not sure? we depart from London 27th Nov
Last time they kept the connecting plane for us.

Mumbai (BOM) IT 008 20:25 11:00 330 0 25-Oct-09 27-Mar-10 234567 KINGFISHER FIRST+CLASS
After reading times had changed looked up Kingfisher this morning and find 2 plane with the same flight numbers. Suppose we all get there for the 19.25 just in case.

Anyone any advice please re duty free travelling from LHR. Is it best to buy at Heathrow?
I think I have read somewhere on here that you have to get duty free at Mumbai as the 100ml rule applies when entering the country.....someone will be able confirm this I am sure...
Regards Trina
Yes i agree with trina, if you were going onto goa you would have to put any liquid over 100mls into you hold luggage. probably easier to buy in mumbai once you clear customes. Gel
We have travelled with Kingfisher and bought duty free in Heathrow. When you get your luggage in Mumbai you can put the duty free into your hold luggage...the guys at Kingfisher help you out. We did not have a problem.
except for whisky you may as well buy it out there. Barcardi is so cheap in Goa, as is Smirnoff Vodka, not worth carrying it,
We were thinking about liquers that are difficult to find in Goa. Do Kingfisher sell any on the flight?
Last time we went to Goa via Mumbai with Kingfisher we were transit passengers at Mumbia and did not go through the duty free area, we had bought ours at heathrow and had to put it in our checked in luggage after clearing immigration. When you get to the domestic terminal liquid restrictions apply anyway. I wondered if they would allow you to go in the duty free at Goa
we went via Bangalore last january and there was no duty-free shop in the area that we had to wait in, so bought our alcohol locally in Goa.
Are duty free goods sold on the flight?
Check with your travel agent but it appears that Flight IT008 from Heathrow to Mumbia on Mondays now departs at 19.25 arrives Mumbia 10.15 Tuesday, only applys to Monday flight its due to maintenance work at Mumbia Airport.
