Just come back last night with them. Slight delay going out and coming back 1 hour each way, but would use them again. Staff were friendly.

I wouldn't have a clue!! Maybe it was just slow in updating or something. The information I have is from Manchester Airport slot allocations so should be accurate since it's what ATC use!

When things go ok, I don't think most people here have a problem with them. But their punctuality isn't exactly good, their safety record leaves a lot to be desired and of the flights I've had with them, they weren't good. See my flight reviews for more details. From reading other peoples posts on here, feelings are quite mixed. Some have had good experiences, some not so good. I know you could say that about most airlines but it seems there is more negative feeling than possitive. I certainly won't be flying with them again after my expereince, but that's just my opinion.

why is our flight making a stop at edinburugh adding nearly 2 hour to our journey this is a cardiff to dalaman 8th july/22nd july ive looked on agean web site and it only seems th our flight that is affected. it doesnt mention the stop on the web site its just the flight timings that ar different to all the other cardiff flights,do you know if this flight has benn leaveng/returnig on schedual this season we dont want a delay as well.

It sounds as though they've combined the CWL / EDI flights for a period of a few weeks to cover a peak in passenger numbers. That's the ony reason I can think of. Most OHY flights are running a little behing schedule at the moment, see above. That's not to say there'll be a delay on the day of your flights, you can't really go off previous fliughts as anything can happen on the day.

We fly from Cardiff on June 10th and we are going via Edinburgh, a little disappointed at first , but nothing we can do, hopefully sit back and enjoy the flight and look forward to our holiday in Turkey .

Im flying with Onur Air on 1st september from Manchester to Dalaman, Turkey And flying back to Manchester from dalaman on 22nd September and i was just wondering what the seating plan is and what plane it will be..
The flight number and times flying out To Dalaman on 1st September is "OHY630" 18:30 / 00:30 (next day)
And the Flight Number And Times Flying Back To Manchester on 22nd September is "OHY379" 04:30 / 07:00

MAN-DLM (OHY630) isn't operating as yet so I'm not sure at the moment. It'll probably be an A300B4-605R, but possibly the smaller A321-200.
DLM-MAN (OHY379) is expected to be an Airbus A300B4-605R.

Hi,We are flying CWL to DLM on 23 July returning 6 August the return flt time on the Goldtrail Website is dept DLM 1545 returning CWL 2020. I have been trying to contact Goldtrail for a number of days but can't get hold of them. I've read a few of the posts above which refer to DLM/EDI/CWL, so I am a bit suspicious, as it definately doesn't take 5hrs 35mins from DLM to CWL. There's nothing on any operators websites refering to multi stops. I have also rang a few different agents who sell Onur Air but they all insist it's a direct flight. Any ideas??

The information I have suggests the last DLM-CWL-DLM rotation via EDI is on 8th July, so your flights should be direct. 5hrs 35mins on the inbound leg does seem a long time though.

I have spoken to someone at goldtrail today....not very helpful...found out my flight was cancelled 3 weeks before going and only cause i phoned them........offered me alternative flights on different days....some use eh!! anyway....if you phone them on 02022872999 and just let it ring and ring......someone did pick up eventually.

Bad news, I still can't get hold of them.
What date were you travelling on that was cancelled, were you offered an alternative or refund? Even if I do manage to contact them now I feel very reluctact to pay the balance I would prefer to cancel and book elsewhere.

Apparently it was Onur air who cancelled the flight. Why I dont know as it was supposedly full!
I am getting a full refund on the flight and am going to go elsewhere. Keep trying Goltrail and they will eventually answer.

This message is for Nutty Net and Sak46 as they are travelling on the same flights from Cardiff 10th June I have called Aegean Flights everyday this week 1st the number had been changed then it was a voicemail I then called Holidays 4 U who put me on hold for ages on a 0844 number eventually I spoke to someone who said tickets would go out 2 weeks before, I said thank you put the phone down then realised its less than 2 weeks before we go so rang back again and I was told tickets should go out by the end of the week which means a week before we go we will reacieve the tickets can anyone tell me who is also flying on the 10th June Cardiff Dalaman flight via Edinburgh whether they have had their tickets yet as I am started to get rather concerned now.
