The police have been performing random breath tests on the island for a long time and a good job too.

Thirteeen people have been killed in drink related driving accidents there this year already which is a massive amount for a population of only 200,000. It's a great shame that we don't bite the bullet and do the same in the UK.

Was there last week (in san antonio) and saw a couple of cars getting stopped in teh bay area by police and being tested to be warned if your thinking of drink driving
