Wow, quiet here at the moment.I did get weighed last night. Decided that it was better to go for it and do damage control than continue on a slippery slope where things would end up 10 times worse. It wasnt that bad actually. I only put on ½lb which, when I add up what I ate (and drank alcohol wise on Saturday night), its been pretty kind to me.
I know that I have to work really hard this coming week otherwise the scales will show another increase so i've got to get back to it with a vengeance. Ive picked up some new food diaries so that I can write everything down and am determined to stick to the plan this week.

I can't go to weigh in tomorrow morning which is my normal day. Now ,I reckon I am about 0.5lb up this week but if I go to evening weigh in tonight I will be even more. So...ummmm...dilemma dilemma. This is a free week as I bought a countdown and this is week 6. What shall I do
