This topic is more for the travel agent side of Thomas Cook. For flights there is a dedicated Thomas Cook topic in our Flights Only forum.
When do TC send out there tickets, I go on holiday in two weeks, and haven't received my tickets. Any other travel agents I have booked with usually have sent them out by now.
They forgot to send mine out due to the merger. I had to collect at the airport.
Hi Lydia_girl, we fly in a couple of weeks with TC. Tickets just arrived yesterday.

Vicjayhay, did you book at shop or internet? When I booked via a TC shop earlier this year I was told I could increase the allowance at a later date if needed. Regards, Nic.
I made the booking over the phone, i am just a bit worried as my hard case weighs lots without clothes in it!, will have to ring back and find out.
hi ,we were 2 adults and 1 child and we also have hard cases.i asked if i could just have the one extra 5kg but was told every one in the party must have it.that would have been an extra £45. we took a chance and luckily we were ok
I checked the price of a holiday to Salou a couple of weeks ago on Thomas cooks website, but today it has gone up an extra £200. The holiday isn't until May 2009. Do you think it is likely to come down again?
How long is the flight?
What are Thomas Cook like on long Haul - i've never flown with them before?
Any ideas what i cn prebook excursion wise in Las Vegas to give him the holiday of a lifetime
You haven't said where you are flying from, but I'm guessing it's Manchester. If so, the flight should be non-stop with TC and 10-1/2 to 11 hours long. Slightly less on the return.
I would suggest that you have a browse of our America forum as there are numerous topics on Vegas which the Search facility at the top of the page will help you find.

I have heard a rumour that the aircraft does another pickup at Glasgow??
Is the £118 each that i paid really worth it?
£118 each? I'm assuming that is the extra for the premium upgrade and not the cost of the flight.

this is the tour operators forum ALL questions on thomas cook airways should be asked in the thomas cook airways thread in the flights forum, if you take time to scan through you will find several opinions on their long haul product, and the experts to answer all your questions

Mrs Binman and myself have been looking at holidays on the TC website. However none of the holidays mention transfers at anytime. Could be a bit embarrasing arriving in resort to find no transfer. Any one know what the score is.
Its alright. Found the answer I was looking for. As usual as a last resort. RTSPS [ Read the small print stupid ] Transfers are included in the price
just seen this on the tv
