I did get through after hanging on for about 20 odd mins. Trouble is once you have been on for ten mins you dont feel you can ring off in case you are next in line and you know you will have to ring back anyway.I'm inclined to agree with you Bobpat, although am not sure if they are well organised enough to have a delberate 'policy' about anything. They just make sure they dont employ enough staff.
I'm not unpleasant to the person who answers the phone as that gets you nowhere and they probably only earn minimum wage for her trouble.
Apparently my account is marked as paid up & the letter should not have been sent.
Apparently invoice showing nil balance has been sent once already (yeah right) but as I haven't got it they are sending another.Doe
