hi,can anybody tell me how much longer it is on the coach going to sanguli salou than estartit?been told 2 hrs but then told 4hrs..thanks
Hi, I have been to both but not on the coach. Sanguli is about another 100 miles south, but it is closer to the motorway than Estartit. It takes about 45 mins from the motorway to Estartit so I would say between 2-3 hours is a reasonable estimate.
got told last night its around 2-3hrs
could anyone tell me when siesta are meant to be stopping the salou/sanguli campsite holidays? i was told this was the last year but noticed you can now book next year on there site?
Haven't heard about that I'll check it
i got a reply back from siesta..sanguli was meant to be the lsat year for siesta but development has went slow in the site so siesta are doing next year as well now
I'm new to board and not sure if I should have added this to another discussion or if OK to open a new one!!
I am off to Sanguli Park on Thursday flying Ryan Air into Reus, there will be 3 of us (two adults and a toddler) I have read on some older posts about a bus that meets all Ryan Air flights, does this still exist? where would we catch it from and what is it called? also does anyone know how long the journey takes if dropping off all over does it take hours, and also how much is it?
I've looked on the Reus Airport website and they have mentioned taxis with a blue stripe round them which would charge around 15E each way, are these a good alternative to the bus?
Phew sorry about number of questions!
If anyone can help I'd be really grateful
Thanks
Louise
If you look on the Airport Transfers thread you can read about the bus. I have never used it but it meets all Ryan air flights.
I am sure the taxi fare would be more like 30 euros each way rather than 15.
Have a great holiday!
The 'Plana' bus is 9 euro return and a taxi is 30 euro one way to Salou. Im not sure about Sanguli? It roughly takes 1/2 an hour on the bus,10 mins in a taxi. I took the bus last year to La Pineda. The longest part is waiting for people to get on it. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the replies, just need to pack now and get out of this wet cold place!!!
hi..can anybody tell me what time you get picked up from sanguli campsite to go back home? im going with siesta and not sure what time they depart at, thanks

i've booked this site for may 2010 for 2weeks, 2 adults and 2 kids aged 7/10yrs, we are flying into barcelona and are hoping for a transfer via bus/taxi etc, don't want to hire a car as we like using local buses etc to get around, we are arriving into the airport at 9.00pm, would like to have something booked to pick us up as want to arrive stress free at the campsite.
Can anybody advise. thanks. Have been to this area before but on a package holiday
thanks
martina
hiya cinderalla 40 would not let me pm you for some odd reason! if you are getting into barcelona at 9pm then you have to go through passport control i would get one of there taxis as it is a 1hour or so on the road, are you still going through seista if so they will book your taxi for you not sure how much its is now! but they greet you at the gate with your name on, the train station is behind the airport but if you want to get there stress free taxi will be the best option which we did then got the train bk to the airport which is quite cheap! im glad seista is staying for a further year hope to get out thn nxt year had to cancel last years due to all the credit crunch for this year.
have been here for about the last 10 years now and introduced lots of new friends to it who love it, i would definatly suggest it to you all and i know you'll have lots of fun
