Have had a good week and at class tonight I lost 1.5lbs Back into target weight.
This week I have got hubbys birthday ( a buffet with SW foods included) and then on Friday night a Chinese Buffet - will just do my best this week.
Going to include more exercise from tomorrow to try and get to lower end of target.
Have got a wedding at beginning of May so would like to lose a further 5.5 lbs and booking holiday to Cyprus tomorrow for end July so aiming for another half stone by then?

Hi Irene, well done and good luck for this week!! I'm going to Cyprus too (Pernera) and I cant wait I have just got an excellent bargain Freya bikini from Ebay so I have got to lose this weight now. Must need this holiday more than I thought because I'm so excited . Well I tried the cherry muller light but not my cup of tea so I can save my sins and have the gorgeous orange and vanilla ones mmmmh mmmmh . Had slimmers chips tonight and they were gorgeous I could definately live on them and since I bought a microwave steamer they taste even better.
Had a very good day on SW today - just wished I had got out for a walk - going to go on my Ab Machine later.
Never been to Cyprus before - hoping we have made a good choice in Coral Bay - left it late booking.
Was looking at swimwear tonight in George - Asda.
Going to make a SW quiche later so that I can have some in the buffet tomorrow.

Got that Clubland work it out dvd, jeeeez i thought i was dying yesterday while i was doing it but i felt great after i'd finished

Well girls my jaws are b****y killing me off all this Paul McKenna chewing if I do lose this week I think it will all be from my face!! done quite a bit gardening this week as well so basically I am just aching all over. Potty training my little boy at the moment so I am running all over the place with his potty and trying to put his undies on so he gets used to them so if I dont lose this week I will be very gutted as I am absolutely shattered. Think I need a holiday!!! or a good few vodka and diet cokes .
well so far since friday i've been quite good!! i've done my workout dvd on friday, went a walk yesterday and i'm just heading to do the workout dvd again today, i must be mad doing it again!! i'm comtemplating buying a wii fit aswell...i'm determined with the exercise, its the eating part that i have a problem with!! though i've not been too bad so far!
Hi I'm more or less in the same boat as you I need to lose about 3 stone aswell to make me happy enough with my weight, and I find it a bit hard when it comes to food as I have 3 fussy eaters at home and always end up with a take out (bad move), but I have been good for the last 2 days ,been for a 4 mile walk this morning and counting my calories , I'm so determined to stick to it this time as I want to lose this weight for my hols next year, I will just have to have the willpower and not give in.I'm so embarrassed about my weight that I wont wear a bikini on my hols, my partner always says 'well no-one knows you here' but its always in my head lol.
Well we all have to stick in with the diet and I wish everyone the best of luck
i'm determined this time, i WILL be 9st by the time i go on holiday in June next year, I WILL!!!!
I'm going away in May to Mexico so yes i'm trying to loose weight, I go to Weight Watchers every Tuesday to get weighed, so tomorrow is D day lol, I really hope to loose again this week, last week i lost 3.5lbs I was soooooo chuffed with that i just want to have another good week this week.
I have 8 more weigh ins till I go on holiday & really want to loose another stone before I go, i'm trying real hard, going to the gym eating healthy so i'm keeping everything crossed.
I have a fair few stone to loose so sometimes it does get hard & I hate being on a diet ,but i know it's sooooooooooooo good, I just have to think to myself if i weren't on a diet, how much more weight would i have put on LOADS lol.

Well done hope you mange to get to your target!!! I done 4 and a half hours in the garden yesterday as we had a mcdonalds dinner at the metrocentre!!! My father in law needed to go to hospital as his hip had dislocated so our morning was pretty hectic and not what we planned so mcdonalds was pretty much a necessity!!! the worst thing was I didnt really enjoy it and hubby asked why I had left loads of fries!!!!
Yay just come home from being weighed and lost 3lb this week, that takes me to my 2nd stone now......Very happy today

Thanks denny, everythings sorted, just need some footwear for the bairn, he won't wear shoes so he'll be getting black converse.
Well first weigh in for me tonight. Back at SW after reaching my target a year ago and guess what - put on exactly what I lost!!!! This time I'm going to get to target and STAY THERE!!

I STS on Tuesday - not bad as had hubbys birthday and a chinese buffet.
Hoping for a small loss this week to keep me in target.
Realised I have lost more weight from my top half than any other place, have been shopping for a dress for a wedding and 12's are too big on the top but okay elsewhere, found 2 lovely dresses but both will need taking in slightly. Going to try and tone up those wobbly bits before my holidays.
Just looking through some old SW magazines and planning new recipes to keep me motivated - just made the 3 bean chilli and it is divine.
Have a good weekend everyone - keep away from those eggs.

Too late . I was a bit naughty this evening. Hubby decided to eat his easter egg tonight and I tried so hard to resist pinching some that I was almost sweating from the pressure :really. I gave up trying in the end and ate a creme egg and a little bit of chocolate. Oh well. Ill be extra good for the rest of the week so I dont add to my 2lb gain last week.
Ive only got 6lb to get to my target now (it was 4lb till last week) and then it will be a case of maintaining the weight till my holiday in June. For some reason, I am really worried about controlling that part of it and I dont know how im going to do it. Think im more worried about that than actually dieting. Im sure it will be fine and ill get some good pointers from my SW consultant.

Not recommended of course but a good kickstart.....gotta look on the bright side I suppose
