pirates1,

The aircraft information is on our What Aircraft? guide as mentioned previously. You are essentially paying for an extra 2" seat pitch and wider seats, greater selection of IFE, complimentory drinks including alcohol throughout the flight, upgraded meals, priority boarding and luggage, increased baggage allowance and dedicated check-in desks.

We are on this flight number flying out 26th May & returning 9/10th June! TC have told me that we will return on the A300 29" seat pitch plane! I would check with TC as we only got our letter last week & fly out in 15 days so maybe they haven't let you know! Fingers crossed you will be ok!

oliday,

The aircraft will have screens over the isle. However it was announced at the end of April that Thomas Cook won't be offering inflight entertainment on it's narrow bodied fleet of aircraft from 1st May. More details are on our What Aircraft? guide.

Hi,
My tickets are showing the same & when you login online http://www.Thomascookairlines.co.uk it is still showing the plane that they will NOT be using! When I queried this with TC CS over the phone they told me that in internet site was wrong & that they were having technical problems! This was last week....I asked them why they were still letting you choose & book & pay for seats on a plane that will not be in service? They just kept saying that it was due to this so called technical problem! All seems a bit fishy to me.

Lisav,

LGW-CUN-LGW (TCX087K/L) are operated by an Airbus A330-200. You'll find further aircraft information on our What aircraft? guide (link below).

alboy26,

Aircraft details are on our What Aircraft? guide (link below). Some flights are being operated by the old long haul configured aircraft, now the Canadian Affair / short haul configuration (354 seats). Economy has 29/30" seat pitch compared to 33".

alboy26,

It depends on the aircraft assigned to you on the day. At present, yes it will have but whether it's functioning is a different matter!

Really :rofl why did they stop?

I really do dislike TC in general as an airline but they had good flight times so OH wanted to go with them rather than Thomsons. Wait until I tell him he will need to amuse himself the whole way lol

Just read that apparently the royalties they need to pay to show the films is too expensive now.....did michael o'leary take over TC :rofl

If they are going down the budget airline route do you think TC will drop their prices :think doubt it.
