dinner-lady,

When is it you are travelling? Flight times vary depending on dates of travel. Subject to your dates, it may be TCX799L from Corfu.

dinner-lady,

It's likely to be TCX501L from Palma, due it at 1110 that'll go on to operate your flight.

Hi Darren, you might remember me asking what aircraft I'd be flying to Paphos on from Manchester (TCX206K and L) on 29th June, and you said it would most probably be a 763, although you wouldn't know until mid may. Anyway, I've just received the final invoice from Thomas Cook, and it says it will be an A330. Can you confirm?

Thank you.

K&R,

TCX581K will be operated by a Boeing 757-200

More information in our what aircraft? guide (link in my signature)

jayesh,

There's no need for confirmation when Thomas Cook themselves have notified you! They have some former long haul aircraft assigned for short haul this summer so although your flight would generally be an 763, it's been subbed for the A332.

Mdollar,

TCX797K/L is normally a Boeing 757-2/300.

Hi folks im new on here and hope i have posted in the right place!

Does anyone know where i can find the specific aircraft for this flight.

we got a letter last week saying our outbound flight had an aircraft change resulting in no seatback t.v's and a reduced seat pitch to 29 inches im 6'1tall and a bit concerned as to my leg room im calling the airline monday morning to hopefully reserve a seat with a little extra legroom and knowing what aircraft they plan to use will help me work out from a seat plan where is best for me.

many thanks for your help guys n gals

Welcome onboard :tup
You'll find lots of information over the previous pages of this thread. The aircraft has been changed from the usual Airbus A330-200 in long haul configuration, to a short haul configured aircraft (A330-300). This is due to the original aircraft going in to the hangar for maintenance. It was due in in April, however due to the ash cloud, it was required as part of the repatriation effort so was rescheduled. You'll find further aircraft information on our What aircraft? guide (link below). Extra legroom seating is available on the aircraft. However I suspect this will be fully booked this close to the departure date.

SORRY TO SAY

but we have had our worse ever flight experience with T.C. our flight to Zakynthos last Sunday was on an airframe which they had sub charter [i believe for the summer season] on walking down the ramp to the said aircraft there was, a totally obnoxious smell of stale urine which we had to endure for the entire flight, our return today on same said aircraft still had some of the smell but lucky for us no where near as bad .. [the flight/cabin crews didn't seem up to much either, certainly not the usual T.C standards]
