
Their argumet was that they did not need to compensate for the things that were right about the holiday, i.e. flight and car and as the villa was £1200 of the holiday cost the £150 represented 12.5%............. I dont agree or believe this as one thing can obviously affect the enjoyment of the whole experience.
I never complained expecting a full refund, but did expect them to refund the difference as i identiifed in value between holidays for one of their own standard villas without the communal facilities (which is more or less waht we got) along with perhaps a apology - even the latter alone may have sufficed - but then an apology would have been accepting some repsonsibility. I never followed up with them again as i found them to be quite bullying in their communication and concluded my own opinion to not book with them again.. Hope their as satisfied with that decision as i am
