One more thing. What will the weather be like late september.?
Glad my report was useful.... yes cocktails are free on the All Inclusive - they name them after footballers! They put a lot of alcohol in them... don't think their quite used to their portion sizes yet as they dont drink lol.... I'm sure you wont mind though - it's better than not getting enough!
Has anyone stayed in the so called listed 'Superior or Premium' room with Sea View yet ?? are they right on the beach and any difference from a 'Standard' room ?
Many thanks
Regards
Gordon
You said you're going in "12 weeks". Would that be Aug 25th from Gatwick? If so, we'll see you there. Just look out for the HT shirts
Dont tell me Ive missed a week ???? Actually fly out on the 1st Sept - Yes I will look out for the H T tee shirts , we will be instantly noticed as the 4 new ''whities'' on the block - hopefully not for long though !! you never know we may even get some Bronzzy Bronzzy weather before we go
Keep smiling
Gordon..

Been reading all the reviews. was getting a little worried but happier now. going with 2 kids. is there enough to keep them occupied. 11 year old is going scuba diving.
Thanx 4 the links to the reviews - sounds fab!!
I am with that beach !!
6 weeks tomorrow!!!!
im so exited !!
Please do not post in phone style text Briar
thanks for the links pippy, hotel looks fantastic, 8 weeks tomorrow, paid the balance yesterday, can't wait now. we have only booked standard rooms does anyone know what these are like, don't know if it's worth e-mailing hotel (again) to ask about upgrade probly no rooms left. not that it matters that much don't think anything going to spoil this holiday.
We stayed in superior room first night. Really great. But because the wife does not do steps that well we changed to a standard room. Not nearly as good. Try and upgrade if you can.
Thanks for that Victor - there are a few of us that booked the upgraded rooms 'some while' ago, but there seemed a bit of confussion as to the difference between them and the standard rooms !! Not a show stopper but its nice to know what your getting
We've booked two superior rooms, there will be three people in each room.
Are they bigger than standard rooms, and if not, are they big enough to comfortably accommodate three?
We're all adult size as the kids are teenagers.
Philippa
Pippy, all the rooms we went in were very large The king size beds are what they say. You could sleep side ways and have room spare. The size of the rooms is 5 star. First night we had rooms right on the beach. Fantastic.
You could sleep side ways and have room spare.
Excellent!
Won't matter if I over-indulge with the A/I alcohol and forget which way is up then!
Apart from the tea/coffee making, bath robes and sea view, are there any other differences between superior and standard, decor for example?
The standard room in the main building had no coffee tea making or bath robes. Seperate beds. And as l said before a bit tired. The bathroom was more 3 star. The room was huge and clean though. The upgrades are fabulous. Those by the beach. Dont get to drunk because they are further away than the rest.
