centre parcs is ace for activities there are a couple in europe try their web site

I would suggest something like Beaches which is part of the Sandals chain in the caribbean, Beaches is for families with older & younger children & there is always something happening, it's great as all the watersports are include, the meals are fantasitc - you could eat lobster every night & drink champagne all day if you wanted at no extra cost! there are also lots of places to escape & relax & I think some of them have a spa.
Club med or Mark Warner is an other good option as they are throughout the world & have something for everyone.
Depends on if you are on a budget though. Turkey & Tunisia have some good hotels with fantastic water slides etc too
