Save yourself a lot of packing, Toothpaste,[colgate] coffee [nescafe] teabags, soap powder soap [lux] shampoo, [sunsilk] Revlon cosmetics 1/4 price you would pay at home.
beach towels they take up to much room in case anyway
Hi, Lin is right, in fact when we return at Xmas we are hoping to get our packing into 2 flight cases so that they can go as hand baggage and in to the overhead lockers, because basically you can get all your hoilday esentials while your out there and jewellery packs down ever so small and if its bigger peices such as furniture you can always get it shipped back, but source your freight company carefully to ensure best price and reassurence that it will arrive and in one piece, ask for recommendations from people who have done this
I buy shaving soap (between 10-20 rupees) and cartons of coconut cream for cooking - 18 rupees each. Not exactly diamonds.
I also ended up with a spice rack of bugs!!! The rest of the spices were okay though (or maybe i just ate the bugs!!!)
