Hello all
I have not been on for a while due to not being sober enough I have well and truly up the last 3 weeks ( and i was doing really well to) but hey thats the story of my life
I swear i have drank the pub and the off licence dry and the chippy is all out of ingredients. I normally get weighed on a wed morning but this week i went on monday night as i just couldnt wait until wed to see what damage i had done BUT......... I only gained 2.5lb ( made up with that for what i was getting up to) I got the fast forward when i was there, the reason being that my youngest went to camp on saturday and we always go the pub for a drink and a meal when we drop him off and if i was on normal plan then i just know i would think sod it and just do it anyway but with being on the fast forward for 4 days its just not worth all the hard work i have put in to just go and spoil it again. It worked too! I did go into the pub but i only used the toilet and came straight back out again NO FOOD OR BOOZE FOR KERRIE (made up with my little self there)
I am getting weighed on my usual day ( wed) this week so i will have been on FF for 8 days by then, hope it shifts quiet a bit cos i am off on my jollies in 13 days ( counting who's counting) Trouble is has anyone done FF and the week after normal plan if so do you have a loss the week after FF?? Whe i did it last i done it for 2 weeks and then went away on my hols so had the gain anyway. I cant wait to get back on normal plan it will be a doddle compared to this. I AM STARVING!!!!!! and bored stiff too.

Well lost another 2lb last week so 10lb in 3 weeks now but I know it has got to start slowing down, and I went to a bbq on Friday night (which is loosely pointed!) and am due this week, so am expecting a gain deep down. But I will just get straight back on it - and if its a really bad gain I might do the kickstart for 2 weeks to try and get back on track.
Its 28 weeks today to my holiday so at least I have time on my side I guess - although this can lull me into a false sense of security!!
So quiet on here.
I lost 2 lb last night and that takes me below 10 stone so I am a happy bunny.
Aiming for 4 good weeks - that is when my countdown runs out and that is what I am going to set my target weight as - hoping to get to 9stone 7lbs but that might be a tad ambitious.

I have already told hubby we are going and he will hold me to it as he is ALWAYS moaning that i never go out with him but maybe i should have waited until tomorrows WI cos if i have a big loss which takes me anywhere near the 9's (even 9st 13.5lb will do me for my hols ) I dont want to take the chance of messing up and gaining or even staying the same ( need to get into nines) its a mind thing i think .
What do you think?? Should i go or should i stay?? Dont think i can be trusted to be honest but its only me that can keep myself under control when alls said and done.

Well done on sticking to FF How did you work out your unit allowance. I was stuck at just over 10stone a few weeks ago and very nearly started FF but just as I was I had a loss. Last night I got to 9 stone 13lb and I totally agree it is a mind thing I needed to see the weight under 10 stone, I am only 5 foot 3 but at least now my BMI is in the normal range.
Let us know how you get on at WI tomorrow.
Regarding the party you have 2 choices go and try to keep within syns or go and pretend you are not 100% (stomach bug is a good excuse) and leave early - hubby need not know you are tellking a white lie.

I have decided not to do FF again this week and the consultant said i have to be 100 % on plan so i have decided not to go the party and only allow myself 5 syns, just to be on the safe side.

I had not noticed your post until i had done mine. I dont know how she worked the units out but she put me on 19 units, it was really hard going but for 6lb loss it was well worth it As i said in the last post i have decided not to go the party and hubby is fine with it, He said its up to me as i have put all the hard work in. We are also going for a chinese all you can eat on wed so we will be out together then. Listen to me chinese buffet on wed and i want kentucky on thurs ( i will have gained it all back before i go on my hols on sat ) not to worry though i will sort it out when i get back home, And get it off then.
Well done for getting in the 9's you must be made up Even if i only lose 0.5 next week that will do me.

As for me, forget it. I gave up going to class a few weeks ago. Well 6 to be exact. Had a few problems with my health and the diet was just getting me down. It was one more thing to worry about. I also really objected to having to spend £5 a week to be told I had put on more weight, which I already knew. Things have settled down again though now and I have gotten to the bottom of my problems.
Feeling a bit more positive and optimistic about the weight thing again and I have been back on the plan this week although not going back to class yet. Hoping to lose about 5lbs before I go on my holiday in 3 weeks (I know that this is achievable if I stick to it properly) and then it will be back to class to rejoin for the summer.

I haven't be going to class as i am at target, but weigh myself everyday - the minute I see any weight gain I will be going back......

Well I went to WI in last night and lost another 2lb so that is 12lbs in 4 weeks, so I am pretty chuffed now!
My clothes are getting really loose and people are starting to notice the difference which is a real buzz I must admit. Its 27 weeks til we go on holiday so I am hoping that I will have reached the 2 stone mark by then!

Well done Kerrie a brilliant loss and especially earned as FF a hard plan to follow. I was advised 18 units if I was going to give it a go but by the time you have BF, Lunch and EM thats it - would miss out allthe fruit I munch on - although I have ditched the bananas!!!!
Sarah hope you are feeling more positive life can throw things at you and then you eating plan goes out the window - I just eat load if I am depressed or sad. Keep smiling.
Well done Denny at reaching and staying at target. Hopefully that will be me at the end of June.
Girlingreen 12lbs in 4 weeks is brilliant - isn't is nice when people start noticing.

Girlingreen well done on your 12lb loss thats brilliant in just 4 weeks :clap. Two stone is defo not going to be a problem to lose in 27 weeks or do you want to get to your 2st weight loss in 27 weeks ( 16lb left) either way you shouldnt have a problem.

No 2 stone in total by December, so yes 16lbs to go, but to be honest I wouldn't mind losing 3 stone in total by December, but I am trying not to aim too high (or too low mind you) so that I keep my goal realistic so I don't lose heart!!
You will have no problem with 2st off by the time your hols come around. I agree about not setting your sights to high ( which i ALWAYS seem to do) even though i still think if you really stick at it you could do 3st (see what i mean ) No joking apart you have done really well so far and when you reach your 2st mark and if you have time left over just see how it goes cos anything after that will be a bonus
Its really quiet on here at the moment, Has everyone gone on there hols or are you all like me and dont come on when being naughty
Haven't been on over weekend - but have tried to be good!! I find the weekends hardest of all as when I am in a regular routine at work I can be good, but as soon as Friday night comes that goes out the window!
Have tried hard to motivate myself this weekend to keep me going - went through my holiday pictures from last year (and nearly cried with embarrassment). My other half came in whilst I was looking and his eyes nearly popped out of his head - said he hadn't realised how different I looked now!! That was nice - although when we were on that holiday I put on half a stone so I was heavier than normal anyway! But it was nice that he noticed I look different!!
I feel like it has taken over my life a little bit though - turned down a trip to the pub on Saturday as wanted to be good! Have got a meal out this weekend though, and am panicking about that already! I really want to get to my first stone soon, for some reason I feel once I have got there I will relax a bit and feel like the system is embedded in me!!
I wuld still ike to lose a few extra pounds before my holiday in August but will not be stressing - just following the plan.
I have mantained for 2 weeks and enjoyed a few bevvies but think now I will up the excercise to try and tone up the new slim (but still squidgy ) me
I lost another 2lb at WI last night so that is my first stone. Am pleased although some people have been really negative - saying things like "oh it won't stay off as you have lost it in 5 weeks, so you won't maintain it"! Well I am going to prove them wrong - if anything it has strengthened my resolve!!

I maintained this week but a half pound off will see me get my 1.5 stone award so here's hoping for a good week..
I now need to do some toning exercises. Problem areas bum, tum and thighs any suggestions? I like walking and have a bike. I have got the Vickie Entwistle DVD which has had good reviews.
If anyone is interested how about an exercise 'sort of challenge' touching base to see what we have done in the week?????
It is holiday time for me in just over 7 weeks so would like to look good.

I stayed the same when I weighed in last week which I was disappointed at as I had been out for a meal and deprived myself completely!!
But have tried really hard again this week, so just hope I have managed to lose something, even if its half a pound, this week!
