mari i know how hard it is when you dont get the loss you want but if you think of 1lb as 2 blocks of lard its quite a lot. Is the wii fit enjoyable? Stick with it your doing well

Well after walking around in that sun today i was soooooo glad i started this diet months ago instead of trying to lose 3st, two minutes before i go away because i didnt have to wear a jacket insisting "i am not hot" to anyone who asks while beads of sweat are forming on my forehead. I seemed to think a jacket or coat has the magic powers of making me look slimmer when i was heaver. I really was alot happier walking in the sun jacket free. Small things that mean so much Priceless!

I missed SW on Tuesday as I had a bad weekend so off there tomorrow morning hoping at the worst not to have gained or lost.
Got a 30th and 50th birthday this weekend so not holding out much hope for next Tuesday neither. After that it's time for the serious stuff as I will only have 5 weeks till my hols.

Ive not been very good at all. Dieting for 3 days then pigging out completely for the other 4 so any good work ive done has been lost.
Got 10 weeks till my holiday this Saturday so from Monday, will be following SW as close to 100% as I can get. Did really well for the 4 weeks I did it myself, so will do that again then maybe once I hit the 5 week mark, if im struggling and need a little help, will rejoin a proper class.

I lost 1lb at class last night - it must have been down to the walking as only got back on SW plan on Saturday after a dreadful few days.
Have been out walking tonight and plan on going tomorrow.

Phew, one and a half off, leaving 7 and a half pound to go till my hols. I was only half a pound off getting my third half stone sticker!

Well I maintained this week, but I'm OK with that, after a big loss last week I was expecting it to creep on. Hoping for a good loss next week though.
Zumba is fantastic! Joined a class at the Gym and got it on the Wii and DVD, my mum is doing it too, fantastic exercise.
Thinking of doing fast forward this week.

Hi alsbaby. Well got on the scales Friday and still the same weight . To be fair, I have only cut out the white wine and done a bit of walking but I did expect to lose a couple of pounds just because of abstaining from the vino! It's was 3 weeks last night since I drank white wine (I have had a couple of glassses of red) but we were invited out for supper so I had 3 large glasses of the white stuff and whot a headache I've got this morning. So, I've printed some info from SW and from tomorrow the diet starts in earnest; no cider or red wine . I'll keep you posted. Gx

Been doing really well with my diet and wii fit but I really struggle when work later shifts and this sets me back. Really hard to excercise and eat properly. Does anyone have this issue?

I would defiantely recommend wii fit I go on 3-4 times a week doing Jogging, Hula Hooping, Step up and a few yoga positions and I have to say it really makes you feel a lot better I've only had it for about 19 days and I feel much more healthier doing that and eating better.
oh dear, only lost half a pound this week, 30th friday, 50th saturday, ill in bed sunday and monday with horrible head cold so suppose its okay....but my target just seems to be getting further away with less weeks to reach it. Need half a stone off in the next four weeks.
Not been on this week as I have been having a few computer problems,anyhow,slowly but surely I have lost 2lbs~better than nothing I suppose but that was in a fortnight ,hoping to loose 2lbs this week.Keep going everyone.
Gail i cant drink wine for that reason, the headaches are brutal. I know what you mean about cutting down, that on its own should help as you have dropped calories. I expected my weight to fall off just by cutting out the lager. Sshhhhhh dont tell anyone but i was having a few to many lol. Stick to it and am sure it will start to show soon.

mari i dont have the problem of fitting my diet in around work but i can only imagine its really hard Do you work nights? If so do they have a mic? Maybe you could cook yourself something and take it to work and then reheat it. Stick with it hun your doing really well. Can you see a change in your shape because your exercising with the wii. I was thinking of getting one today but cant really justify spending the money.
Lilly 3lb is good if your not really dieting, thats 6 blocks of lard you have lost already. I am sure you will do it but you have to be ready, well thats what happens to me lol. Goodluck hun and your obviously doing something right as you have lost weight.
Cazz i know what you mean about the target getting further away, When i swapped mine to 8st 7lb i think i had about 12 weeks to lose 1st but because of the tabs and then a naughty few days and that big gain i dont think am gonna get there now. well done on your loss i think thats good for 2 nights out ( wish i could do it lol)

I lost 2lb this week, if i lose 1.5lb next week i will have lost 3st and not only that i will be 8st 13.5 Goodtimes! Hey i dont care if its only 1/2 a lb into the 8's i will still be 8st something If that made any sense at all lol. I now have 4 more weigh ins to lose 8lb which would have been do-able but really its only 3 cos i have 3 days out in the last week so thats gonna be a gain without a shadow of a doubt. Oh well i have just got to try my hardest for the next 3 weeks.
