My SW consultant was at a loss as to why?? - I do feel I know the SW plan very well, still I came home and 'raided the cupboards'
 
 I am back to green days. Writing everything down. Tomorrow night we are out for a meal as it is my sons 16th birthday (he is my baby) so that could put a spanner in the works but I will be driving so no wine!!!!!
I did a 4 mile walk last night and felt great afterwards.
