I know what you mean Irene.
I think the problem with me is that I can lose the first 14lbs fairly quickly and easily, but it is every pound after that, that is the problem. I am the sort of person who in the past that if I didn't lose weight for two/three weeks, would become frustrated and think about coming off the plan. I am hoping that my slight gain this week is due to hormones, so I won't panic until the end of next week.
Also, the ladies I work with are not on the plan and eat huge sandwiches or baguettes at lunchtime or on Friday's will buy big portions of chips. I know it isn't their problem I am on a healthy eating plan, but sometimes my resolve is tested to the limit. They are very nice, but they are feeders (that isn't meant to sound unkind, but as mothers they are always making sure that everyone who calls into the office is fed and watered); they are always coming in with biscuits or home made cakes.
