Well done Irene.

I know what you mean about portion sizes. For the past few days I have been eating smaller portions because I hadn't lost weight and to be honest I felt bloated. Overall, I feel well and less bloated, so hopefully I will lose weight by my Monday weigh in.

Currently on SW extra easy plan however I need a rocket up my backside! Does anybody have any tips how to get rid of these love handles and chubby cheeks and chin (preferably in 2 weeks! :que )

I have been on my Ab trainer tonight - promises results in 3 weeks???????? I am 11lb heavier than this time last year and we go on holiday in just over 4 weeks - help............

Just stick with it Irene. I got target "unofficial" the day we went on holiday but couldnt get weighed so determined to get back there by next week

Has anyone managed to reach their target before going away. I've still got 4lbs to go and only 4 weeks to do it - impossible now. I've never found it so hard to lose weight in my life. It's got to be down to my age :think

:D Lost 1 3/4lbs this week,I follow SW but from home I no longer go to class.I have lost 4 st so far and another 4 to loss.I just have 11 weeks until I go on holiday and would like to loss another 10 lbs before then.

I have put on 5kgs / 11lbs over the last two weeks, and looking to get back to gym on a regular basis, going to see how things go for aug, and then work out my targets, but for Xmas looking to lose at least 3-4 stones, with a further 3-4 stones Jan-June 2012

So overall looking to lose 6-8 stones over the next 11 months. and if I get my self to 10 stone, I will well pleased with my self

Lost one n a half pound today so still one and a half away from target. I really want to be there by my next holiday as I'm not planning on going back afterwards!!!!!

well done cazzmickandtom.... are you going away soon ????? Well I have watched you all losing your weight for your hols and I am pleased to report that I have also managed to lose 19 pounds before my hols (which is on Saturday), so well pleased but sad that i was only 3.5 pounds from Goal !!!!!!! Keep up the good work everybody and I hope you all enjoy your summer breaks :cheers

After weeks of maintaining, losing a 1lb then gaining it again I sort of relaxed but still focussed if that makes sense?
Upped the walking and last night at class lost 4lb. :tup (10 days since my last weigh in). Really pleased and just hope I can keep in the same frame of mind until our holiday in just over 2 weeks - I know I am not going to make my holiday target but please jusat a few more llbs off. :que

I have just bought my self a sauna suit, and the rio sauna belt, now wearing them both, is giving me remarkable results, so far

Just in one day, Thur 4 Aug, I had lost 5lbs by just wearing the belt and suit for 1 hr, plus do some execises. Will be interesting to see how things go during the week, and exactly how much more weight I can lose

I went to class last night and lost a further 2.5lb. :D Really pleased and I am sure it is down to the walking that I have been doing.
Off on holiday tomorrow and am 0.5lb below my current target - although I am 5.5lbs heavier than I was this time last year.

I have been on the SW plan for 13 weeks now and have lost 21 lbs. I set myself 7 lb weight loss targets which to me is more achievable rather than one big weight loss target.

Already I feel better; I had to visit my doctor a few weeks after starting the plan and when my blood pressure was measured, I was told it was high. This was an incentive to keep on with the plan.

Yes, I lost 1 stone 4lbs at SW with daily walking and keep fit classes. Just back from a 2 week food fest cruise and have only put back on 0.5lb.I was a stone lighter than last year and it was great except I hadn't tried on last year's holiday clothes beforehand and they were too big !!! I really believe that you have to exersise as well as restrict the bad food. I found the ship's gym and went on the treadmill for 25 mins each day before dinner.After getting stuck at the same weight Irene upped the walking and the weight came off. Result :tup Hope she's having a great time.

Well back from 2 weeks AI in Caribbean and been to weigh-in and I have stopped the same :D so still just 4lbs to goal ....... my main difference this year was I did not go to the fresh bread section at all, but still enjoyed nice meals and loads of cocktails...result!! first time I have not gained at least 7lb on holiday :cheers

Went to SW class tonight after our 2 weeks away and only gained 2lb - really pleased, in previous years I have gained 4lb and 6lb. I am sure the swimming helped but have to confess with eating ice creams most days, bread, pittas, dips, crisps - well holidays are to be enjoyed? :sun2
