 
 What did I do differently? I cut my portion sizes, I know it says unlimited pasta, rice on green days and you don't have to weigh these when doing SW well I looked at WW portion sizes and they are a lot smaller - yes I had to weigh them but at last a loss.

     Lost 1 3/4lbs this week,I follow SW but from home I no longer go to class.I have lost 4 st so far and another 4 to loss.I just have 11 weeks until I go on holiday and would like to loss another 10 lbs before then.
