The July / August IFE listing won't be released until the end of June. You'll find the current list here.

Ive just read on another forum site that this has closed down. However Thomas Cook Airlines are still advertising this as an option.
When i used it last year it was only a few days after Travel City Direct/XL went belly up. The girl behind the desk said that it is unlikely they will be operating in 2009 as Travel City pushed huge numbers through - far more than any other airline.

Hi snowyboy ... page numbers changed after the topic was trimmed down, but Darren's post now includes the correct link, or just click HERE.

Premium cabin:-

Rows 1-8 are identical, so either A/B or F/G avoid row 9 unless you don't like a view(no window)

The service always works from row 1 to 9 so you are better closer to the front, as you'll get served first.

Is that on of their wingletted aircraft?

anebir,

Seating is personal preference. As Jimbob mentions, the last row in premium (row 9) doesn't have a window but apart from that, they're all the same.

Row 1 has bulkhead so you can't stretch your feet out.

cullinp,

MAN-PFO-MAN (TOM2650/1) are operated by a Boeing 757-200. Refer to our What Aircraft? thread for more details.

Thanks Darren, I'm travelling for the first time with our new baby who'll be 7 months at the time. I've booked Thomson through limited choice really with out set dates. Other options were Easyjet or Cyprus who only have 5 seats left and our group is 10 strong.

I'm was keen to book better seats (unable to do so with infant), upgrade - unavailable on a short haul (even though its 4.5hrs) and or reserve specific seats but I don't seem to be able to do that. Not many options available to me it would seem.

Can anyone offer any advice as to what I could do to ensure we are as comfortable as possible for the sake of El Nino and also for other passengers too.

Thanks.

cullinp,

There's a topic on the General Hints and Tips Forum 'is it easy to go abroad with a baby?' that you might find useful.

All the aircraft for Thomson's scheduled flights can be found here http://web.ana-aviation.com/ANA_WEB.nsf/. Click on thomsonfly at the top of the page.
just select your departing airport from the list and look for your arriving airport in the list and the information will be presented
