All rooms are good, but the pool side is best. the hotel food is very good and has a great choice to choose from.

We had room 209 apart from having to hold shower spray and not use hairdryer the room was okay. Great Italian if you head towards the house go thru the little side road you have lotus to your right food nice you will come to Chinese, steak house which is good food (don't know about Chinese) Italian is opposite. If you can find Marbella just down road from trakia hotel can highly recommend.

We went all inclusive .we found beer half litre glass 1.50 lev what is around 40p at lots of bars we also ate out a lot because the food was so cheap , food at hotel was good also microwave if u want to have your food red hot .
Seemingly one of the best restaurants was the steakhouse next door to the Marvel, which closed up for the end of season two days after we arrived so didn't get to try it, top tip for the Marvel would be to put their staff on a course to learn how to be polite and engage with holiday makers, at the end of the day it's us who pay their wages!!!
They just didn't care.

Keep away please.
No never they need to take more notice of there guest than sit talking to each other pool bar you had to pay for drinks and 5 minute walk to get another drink in a plastic cup even when to stayed in the lobby

Resort very clean no litter lying around.
There are the few who beg on the street, don't let them kid you, while sitting on train one night waiting to go back to hotel there they were standing on the corners with babies in their arms, they got chased by the police and locals and guess what 5 mins later the drive of in their big fancy cars.
The beach is very pleasant and warm plenty of beds and very safe, defo visit again next year.

Sunny Beach is brilliant, its got everything to offer! Cheap drinks (buy one get one free COCKTAILS EVERYWHERE!!)you definately don't go back to your hotel sober after a night out! The only digusting problem was prostitutes gettin in your way! The weather was alright suppose, but in july it was poor as it was cold and rainy...very few days hot! beach was gorgeous....loads of water sports! Also went to see the maximus show...recommend it to the women (",)!! wouldn't go back there, wasn't the best holiday but its good if you want somewhere cheap!

sunny beach was great the resot is very clean with lots of bars and a few nightclubs ideal for all ages. The beach was clean but a bit small.

We stayed in Sunny Beach, and i was pleasantly surprised by how clean everywhere was, not a drop of litter in sight.
Pleanty of things to do for all ages, and lots of shops to keep you busy to.

Sunny Beach is a great resort and I was glad to have chosen it for my first holiday abroad without family. In particular we enjoyed walking down the promenade looking at all the stalls and the great crystal shop.
We felt more than safe walking around Sunny Beach way into the early hours and never experienced any problems where our safety was concerned (being 2 teenage girls on holiday alone this was quite important).
The resort was very clean and only on rare occassions did we see any rubbish.
The beach standard at the end of the resort we were staying at was excellent although much further down the standard was slightly lower although still mainly clean. A lot of work is put into keeping the resort clean.
For us the resort was entertaining enough with the stalls open into the early hours and great 'happy hours' (lasting for several hours) in the bars. There also appeared to be plenty of bars/restaurants to suit all, was particularly impressed by a Scottish one with a great atmosphere!! A drink in "John Silver's" bar and the bar across from the Fiesta Beach Hotel are a must as the staff in both are great and can really make your night.
Beggers can be quite upsetting, so can bears being walked around on a leash but can generally be avoided!
As for visiting this resort again - a definate YES, its already booked! We loved the resort atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bulgarians.

Sunny beach was a very clean and lively resort with plenty of things to do. The people there were really warm and friendly which was very nice.
The beach was absolutely gorgeous, very long jst five minutes away from our hotel which was ideal.
The entertainment at the bars was ok although we preferred going round some of the bars a bit futher out from our hotel as they seemed alot less family oreintated for our age group.
There were also people getting massages, paragliding, actual stands serving hot food and cold drinks on the beach which was lovely as you don't have to move and a bar where people can dance and have a drink on the actual beach itself.
Everything is very cheap incluiding the cocktails, tequila slamers and sambuka! Favourite bar was Tommy's which is where we would end up after the clubs had fininshed just outside our hotel open until early hours in the morning can't miss it!
I would Definately visit this resort again with friends without a doubt.

This was our first holiday abrad together and my b/f had never been abroad. He was absolutly delighted and really wants to go back again this year.
I had been to Bulgaria twice before about 3 years ago and it seems compleatly different to me this time, but in a really good way.
We are 21 and found that we were happy all of the time and found loads to do. Even if it was just a walk up and down the town, so different at night!
The beach was so clean with such clean water, we could see our feet from waist deep! Nightlife was great for us as we enjoyed meals out for so cheap, a stroll and a drink in bars!
Also don't forget to cross the main road and visit cafes and markets on the other side there it is even cheaper!! I agree you have to visit HC Andersons and a trip to Kahns Tent is not to be missed!!!!! overall 10/10 from us. xxx

On a whole Bulgaria is a nice resort, the beach is great and shops, bars restuarants are all very close together. It was pretty clean and there were always people cleaning up the main street and beach. Food is very cheap and so is drink!

sunny beach is very busy with lots to do and places to eat. lovely beach safe for kids the outskirts are a bit rough and thre are beggars and gypsies if you go to far out of the resort. lots of building work, overallcheap and cheerful

Sunny Beach is great place for a holiday. Cannot fault it, the beach is one of the best i have visited and i have been to many beaches further ashore. The people are really friendly. the food is very cheap and of good quality and the drinks are exceptionally cheap, insome places 40 p for a large beer and alot of bars doing cocktails buy 1 get 1 free.
We visited many places, Nessebar being one of the more historical places and Sozopol, they are very pretty and have alot of history to them. There is jeep safari which is a great day out where they take you to the mountains which includes an evening meal and various activiitis including archery,horseback riding and shooting.
There is lots to do in the evening with loads of bars/restaurants which open till early hours and lots of clubs to visit and entertainment in the street. They have artists in the street who are really talented and are really cheap to get your portrait done, they almost look real.
