The food great, staff fantastic, facilities great....etc etc etc.
Would/will go back without hesitation.
The only problem is the Russians........who everyone seemed to dislike.....staff included.

The beach was accessible only by 49 very sandy and slippery steps, treacherous. The beach itself was very disappointing, only 5 parasols and we never managed to get sunbeds on the beach as they were always full by 7.30. There is no facility for drinks or water on the beach. We were very concerned that the right half of the pontoon was reserved for the speed boats which took trips every few minutes for para-sailing, banana boats, rings and water skiing. The smell of petrol was sometimes overwhelming and they just threw the jerry cans on the pontoon no matter who was standing there. You had to be very careful when you were snorkeling not to cross the rope into their half of the pontoon!
There is major building work taking place just over the wall of the hotel and we had pile driving for the first week of the holiday. The staff say that building work is about to start so the hotel will be ready for next year. With the noise and the dust I cannot recommend anyone visit until the work is completed.
The restaurants were ok, but the food was repetitive. If something ran out there was no rush to replenish. We were disappointed that, unlike every other All Inclusive in Egypt we have visited, there was no waiter service in the bars. We had to queue for every drink and sometimes the Russians did not believe in waiting their turn, which caused one or two problems.
The young man who cleaned our room was excellent and his towel art was great.
The things which made the holiday good were the sun, 30+ degrees, a little cooler in the evening, snorkeling off the pontoon on the beach, the staff and the other British holidaymakers.
Would we visit again? No, there are much better hotels in Sharm and Naweiba.

We felt this hotel was better than the other Hiltons in Sharm as it had its own beach and wasn't in Nama bay central - we felt this area was so much like Tenerife, Benidorm, Majorca, etc that you could have been anywhere apart from Egypt.
The hotel has 3 swimming pools, one large with a swim up bar, the other 2 smaller and quieter. There never appeared to be a rush for sun beds but we mainly stayed down by the beach bar.
The food was good, always enough choice for everyone. I must mention the fresh pizzas they were v v good.
The drink was ok, only the local stuff but still good.
The staff were really really friendly, especially Wael in the beach bar, he kept us amused most of the day, ask him about the Russians and stand back!!!
The animation team worked hard at involving everyone but they appreciated that some people only wanted a quite time.
We went for a couple of meals in the Old market town and was glad we did. It is well worth the money as you get some amazing fish/prawn dishes for a fraction of the price you would pay over here.
All in all I would gladly go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

The evening meals being themed on a nightly basis are repeated weekly, with no repetition during the week. Although given the selection of different options at any meal I would think it hard to be disappointed with what was on offer. The staff were always friendly and greeted you with a smile regardless of tips. Considering the hours these chaps work its amazing that they are always so happy and smiling when they greet you.
When is AI not AI - certainly not in this case- Beach towels are readily available and free to guests snorkel equipment free for small deposit (took our own). All food and drink as long as you stuck to local brews, gym and sports equipment.
Only scored the entertainment 3 this is unfair in some ways as the animation team work very hard but what was on offer didnt appeal to us.

As said in other posts, the hotel is quiet in the evenings but for us it was just right.
My son who was 14 at the time met up with many others of a similar age and had a great time.
The staff were so warm and friendly without being sickly. Food was fine, plenty of choices throughout the day.
Room was spotless and we loved the towel sculptures.

The evening entertainment was okay but the staff tried their best and were very friendly.
We can't wait to go again. The excursions arranged by the dive club at the hotel were very safe and well organised.

Was really impressed with the overall look of the hotel and initial reception from staff.
Found the rooms very comfortable with a nice size balcony to sit on overlooking a small pool. The staff were brilliant at this hotel and they couldn't do enough for you whether you tipped them or not.
We left good tips for the guy that cleaned our rooms and also some of the restaurant staff as they tried to make what seemed like a special effort to make our stay more enjoyable.
We went to Tenerife last year all inclusive and thoroughly enjoyed that but after going to this hotel we all agreed in our family that this hotel beats Tenerife hands down.
The staff in the hotel don't get paid alot but they seem to be working all the time and are always smiling happy to talk to you.
We went snorkling at the hotels private beach. The beach was a bit small but never seemed crowded.
They have the dive club on the beach and you can hire boats etc from them. One of the staff there called Mustaffah is a pukka bloke who fixed my mask for me and swam with us when we snorkelled and he always had a smile for our family.
The restaurants were all very clean and had a good choice of food, I had dodgy guts after a few days but it was probably due to the heat as the kids never had it and they ate the same as me??
The entertainment isn't up to much but the entertainment staff more than make up for this wuith their interaction with the guests.
The hotel pools were very good with 3 small pools and one large pool. I found that I was up early each morning so I didn't have a problem getting sun loungers by the pool.
All in all it was a very enjoyable holiday and I would definitely return to this hotel again.
All I can say is staff: brilliant, hotel:brilliant.

Could not fault the availability of food and drink throughout the whole day and evening. The choice and quality of food was good at main meal times and even though themes are repeated weekly (indian, egyptian, carribean etc) there was enough choice to please everyone over the 2 weeks.
The hotel is in an ideal location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Naama Bay as the immediate area is very quiet and even though very near the airport there is no noise disturbance.
The hotel courtesy bus will take you to Naama Bay for a small local charge if you can bear to venture out in the heat (Approx 40-45 degrees daily)and it is worth going for a look and a visit to Hard Rock Cafe.
Snorkeling from the Hotel's beach via the jetty is amazing and there is loads to see!
The hotel staff are very attentive and we had a fab waiter who entertained us nightly with tricks and ensured we were supplied with drinks throughout our meals. He also earned a good tip!
The animation team are very funny and work hard to ensure guests are entertained with water games, dance classes and various evening activities. You can however find quiet parts to the hotel if this isn't your thing!
We had a really good holiday in the company of good friends and are planning our return next year!
