Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.
Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

The Hotel Was fab, all the staff were great and i have to say the same as Hughie, Asst. Captain Ahmed was brilliant, he was very friendly and couldnt do enough for all of us. The weather was definitly on our side and was hot the whole of the holiday, the food was great and there was so much choice and the entertainment was also very good although we didnt see much of it, the animation team are great if you have families and keep the kids occupied throughout the day. Just be warned that if you fancy going to the Pataya bar the drinks are not free and apart from Fridays you have to pay to get in. We will definitly go back for our anniversary and see Ahmed and the rest of our friends again.

Does not feel like you are in Egypt, but on a package holiday with great weather.

We stayed in Knights Bay were there is nothing but hotels and beach activities but it was possible at our hotel to horseride, ice skate, play tennis, excercise room, steam room, massage.
Go into Naama Bay and there is the usual tacky souvenir shops but as we had teenage daughters this proved to be fairly full of hassle!.
Also, if you are missing junk food the Hard Rock Cafe is excellent and very entertaining with the waiters doing impromptu dances in the centre of the restaurant it made my sons 10th birthday.

Complex was very nice. Lots of space, large pools, lots of sunbathing areas, lovely gardens, very clean. It was very close to the airport hence some aircraft noise. The hotel is also a long way out of town. We didn't sample any of the entertainment.

I never saw any rubbish on the streets though there was quite a lot of building sites with the usual building site rubbish. The place called Fantasia (a 30 minute walk or a 5 min taxi ride cost 20EL (£2)is a place not to miss. There are the usual tourist shops on the outside, but pay an entrance fee of 10EL (£1)& it is totally different. There are bars & a free show of Belly dancing & Whirling Dervishes, not to be misseed. The evening entertainment in the hotel includes these & they all come from Fantasia.
Beaches as we know thjem do not exist here, very course "sand" and are mostly on a cliff. There is a "beach which is municipal & you pay 20EL to go on it then there are bars and beds and brollys.

Naama Bay is fantastic. I am pleased to say that we have visited here before because if we hadn't the hotel would certainly have put us off forever!.
It's lively in Naama Bay, there are some fantastic restaurants. Highly reccommend the resort, just not the hotel. We would definitely come back & have already booked to do so. If you choose this resort enjoy!

The part of Sharm el Sheikh that we stayed in resembled an enormous building site! We were miles from anywhere and the advertised beach was a man-made feature with a walkway into the sea over the coral. we used to get a cab to Sharks Bay and snorkel there.
There was little to do outside the hotel locally in the evening, we went in to Naama Bay one night and discovered that it wasn't for us, too plastic and not authentic. old Sharm suited us much better, and we could either walk there or get a cab....we found a nice little cafe where the locals went where we could sit and watch the world go by , drinking mint tea and sharing a pipe.
Still the same tacky shops with the same pesky sales patter, just felt more like Egypt somehow!
Ras Mohammed is really worth a visit, the coral and the fish are truly amazing, and absolutely the highlight of my holiday - very beautiful and rugged landscape too. Rather than book onto an overpriced trip through the hotel, we got a driver from a cab office outside the hotel to take us.
it gave us a bit more freedom and worked out quite a bit cheaper too.
He was entertaining and we learned more about the country. He also took us to Dahab for the day, the trip through the Sinai mountains was amazing. we had a great time, with lots of fun and lots of good memories, but I will not be going back!

Na'ama Bay is a fabulous resort, the snorkelling and scuba are first rate, the beaches are great and the sea life is fantastic...
Night life was ok but I'm told if we'd gone out of Na'ama Bay into the surroundings it would have been even better but we went for the sea and the diving and were happy with what we got...
Food great if you love Sea food, it's everywhere, My family had lots of steaks and burgers which they said were top quality, being vegetarian I was a bit more limited though... pizza, salad, stuffed vine leaves (which are very nice) and Hard Rock Cafe veggie burgers (my favourite)...
You can get a half litre bottle of local beer for something like UK-£1.12 and it's quite nice too, named after the first pyramid built 'Sakara'.
Lots of haggling required to get some really good bargains in the local shops, you can get almost everything at a reduced price apart from food in restaurants, I even managed to get my diving trip for half price!
Going to book my next trip this week and I've only just got back... a great resort for those who like the sun and the sea.

There are so many restaurants in this resort it's hard to choose.
The beach is very crowded and you have to pay to go on it unless your hotel provided one in with your holiday, (ours did not)
Would suggest a trip to Sharks Bay up the coast about 10 mins by taxi as much more peaceful & cheaper.
Would recommend the Fish restaurant right at the end of the main street, you will need to queue to get in but it's well worth it.
