Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.
Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

The resort outside, Mcdonalds, Starbucks, 24/7 supermarket, 2 shopping areas and an english cafe and chemists.. To be honest we only really went to the chemist and 24/7 in the evening, it was just too hot to be walking about in the day.
As previousley stated, didnt see much of the evening entertainment. You will not be pushed into doing anything, if you dont want to participate then you dont have to and will be left well alone. The reps, work very hard and are always on the go.
The jetty on the beach could do with extending but maybe thats something they will do in the future. PLEASE PLEASE TAKE SWIM SHOES WITH YOU for the beach and water, you can buy them in the resort also, those urchins are everywhere, a little boy went home with about 40 in 1 foot and they are very painful. Beach is very gritty and not soft silken sand, dont bother with buckets and spades. Even if you dont snorkel, you can wander out with the kids and see plenty of fish, but the best are when you go snorkeling.
If you are going then please have a great time, enjoy the weather but dont do too much at once and wear a high factor suncream especially children. You come back with a great tan from sitting in the shade and believe me you will need shade. You will have to be up with the lark to get sunbeds, and please be on your sunbeds by half past 10 as the towel police will shift your towels off!! if you are not, they are really hot on this.

The resort is still being developed, and once completed will be a great place to stay. There are plenty of places to eat, outside of the hotel's and are very reasonable in price.

The beach was lovely, and they tried with the entertainment on the beach (Willy especially)the old market and shops were not so lovely, they were clean, except for the old market (smelt a bit),we couldn't go out of the hotel for being hassled by taxi drivers and shop keepers,so much so that we just decided to stay in our hotel and only go the shops unless we needed to,you have to barter for everything (even toiletries!)I would visit Sharm el Sheik again as the excursions and snorkeling were fantastic.

They do try to keeep the resort clean but do remember you are going to a third world country.
Could not beleive that there now is a Mc Donalds, starbucks, they are also building a Kentucky and Hard Rock in sharm why they don't need to make it like some other countries that you can go to that are only two hours away from England.
We would recommend going to Old Sharm it's a good experience and we found a fantastic chinese restaurant there. Do not pay more than eighty egyptian pounds each way, and make sure you use the blue and white taxis only. Are driver waited three hours for us at old sharm so that he could bring us back, and did not charge waiting time.
Also another trip worth going on is the snorkelling day trip, absolutely fantastic the fish and coral that you see and well worth the money.

Everything is clean, never once found a fault with anything in the resort, where the entertainment was based at the bedrock theater was never messy and there was never litter anywhere. The beach was gorgeous and couldn't fault it. Definitely visit again.

Naama bay is great .people comment about being hassled but it is not as bad as turkey just don’t go for drinks with the shop people .the bay is lively and its fun just walking around .the viva restaurant near the casino serves great food .the snorkeling trip to ras Mohamed is a must and the desert trip to see the stars is fab.
If you are offered the drip to swim with dolphins be careful we paid £450 for 6 of us with 3 dolphins for 15 mins and it was a nightmare when you get there they choose who goes in together so it was myself my son and my father-in-law and then some strange Italian boy. The dolphin trainer is a pig he refused to let my son in the water because he has a feeding tube but the worst part was they got him all ready to get in twice then said no.
They then said my 11 year old daughter couldn’t go in because we missed our time slot. We had loads of trouble getting the money back in the end we only got £90 back it was very distressing to see my children so heartbroken, also other people in our hotel had similar problems .

We went into narn bay but could not wait to get home. It was very hot and we were a bit fed up of being asked "can I just ask you one question" and if you answered this then the Egyptians would not leave you alone
