Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.
Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

Beaches

The only bad thing I have to say is that the zip wire and water walking should be done on more days so that everyone gets a chance to do it.

The beach is absolutely beautiful and the fish swimming round your feet are something else!!!!

Nabq is not as bustling as Naama Bay, but is adequate if you want a quieter holiday. Shops etc are limited to a couple of small areas. Otherwise there is not a great deal to do.
The beach is not very sandy and can be a little bit uncomfortable under feet, so wear some shoes to get around easier. Otherwise it is clean.

When l was here 2 years ago the hotel was in the middle of no where, but now you can walk out of the hotel & there are shops,McDonalds KFC & several others, TGI Fridays is opening soon, tour companies where you can book trips we used Happy tours went to Luxor & on the Quad bikes we recommend them. This place is an up & coming place & now's the time to go before prices start to rise.Naama Bay is great £1 each way with the hotel shuttle. The airport is much nicer now that they have built a second terminal which is very good.

Sharm is very much a hassle town, the bars/restuarants and taxis people just WON'T leave you alone. Shopping is a nightmare. It does however seem slightly better than it was when we were there last year, at least this time they take no for an answer.

big building sight in the desert!!!! and the main shopping area na me bay was like blackpool, ripping you off and rude egyptians going in a strop if you do not buy their wares!!!!!

The resort was clean especially the new shopping mall around the corner. We didn't go out looking for entertainment but while out walking of an evening we did not see any. We were some way from the centre of resort. Our local beach was ok. There were guys at the end of the pontoon advising people when and where to swim as there was a current. Next to our hotel there was a chemist and a general store, the staff in both of these were very helpful and nice and always willing to assist you with advice or booking taxis. I would not visit this area of Sharm again as it was too far from Naama Bay.

Not a lot to do at resort and with the very poor entertainment at the hotel early nights in room with a pack of cards

needs lots of money spent on it and planned by people that know what to do for the guests Half finished hotels beside our hotel occupied by begging squatters whole famlies can you belive. The airport resembles a massive job centre run by very bad staff one of our family managed to take through the checks two unopened cartons of friut juice although we were told to throw ours away by staff. This worried us in light of the recent attempts to blow up planes with fluids.we then drunk one of them and she took the other on the plane, joke checks this lot.
Smoking is not aloud in the hotel but staff just did it anyway smoking is controlled in the airport but people just did it without being told not to the place was filled with dangerous smoke without any extraction attempted.
As I said earlier if you feel lucky give it a try but you wont see us there

Naama Bay - lively, bustling, mix of old & new Egyptian style - plenty of bars & restaurants.Large modern multi level shopping mall.Hard Rock Cafe,KFC,McDonalds, for those that miss safe familiar names.Climb up to the Panorama Bar of ZAZA's for fantastic views over the bay & live Egyptian entertainment at weekends.Shopping can be a trying experience though,as everyone wants you to buy something in their store (& just browsing is not always an option).Even haggling gets tedious after a while - you just want to see a price label on something and decide to buy or not - especially for some of the touristy "craft" tatt on offer!
