Keep balcony doors closed at night. Got eaten alive by mosquitoes! Staff are extreamly friendly.

Pefkos closes at the end of October each year....literally. This resort is not a typical Greek village/town but has developed over the years just to cater for British holidaymakers. Most evenings all you can hear from the bars are loud football matches and karaoke. Caters for the British appetites eg fish and chips, cooked breakfasts etc. If you want genuine Greek hospitality don't come here!!Butlins by the Med!

main areas were clean .lots to do we didnt have time to visit everything lindos was superb lots of places to eat .in pefkos you must eat at pane di capo just under enigma fantastic meals and lovely sweets at good prices .anixis was another good place to eat,two meals and a litre of wine for just 15 euros .larger beaches clean ,smaller one not as clean get there early! we fed the fish with some bread !cant wait to go back

pefkos is not a traditional greek village, the restaurants all seem to have big purpose built facias of greek pillars etc and there did not seem to be any authenticity. there are one or 2 naff bars but not loads, but a really british eatery is located in the main square next to the eclipse bar selling ''sunday roast'' and ''cod and chips'' with huge shiny plastic pictures of the food hung up outside...it does not give the best impression, there is also lots of big screen football too. the beaches are narrow but pleasant, if you head down towards lardos there is a nice one there called something like ''pilakis'' which is quieter than the main beach. we enjoyed are hols but spent alot of time travelling around the island in the car and going to lindos at night. i don't think we would got to pefkos again.

Pefkos is a lovely place to visit, we had a 4 yr and 6yr old in our party and they loved all the music bars, although music does stop at midnight. The children especially loved the Eclipse bar and would have spend every night there if possible, drinks and cocktails were a bit more pricey but worth it for the kids. Pefkos by night was also nice friendly bar. Enigma good food as was The coliseum. We visited Turkey one day, Rhodes by night and Lindos a few times. All worth the trip. The kangaroo my son won in the grabber machine in Eclipse had a fantastic time and a good trip home. XX

Having stayed in Pefkos before and returned this year not a lot has changed in the resort it is still a lovely laid back place with enough to do and see. Great beach, good resturants advise hiring a car and exploring the rest of the island.

The resort was very peaceful during the day and the main central beach was very clean and it was safe for children because it was quite shallow but if you wanted a quiet resort at night as we did the bar music was spoilt and otherwise enjoyable break.

A medium-sized, medium-lively resort.
There are a choice of beaches, all of which were fairly good.
There's a good choice of restaurants. The choice of bars is not so good - some play loud music; others are in the vicinity of others playing loud music - so there's not much chance for a relaxing drink anywhere.

Pefkos is a quieter and more relaxing resort. The Greek people we met were simply fantstic. The best food we found was Zorbas. Quality food well priced. Quiz night at Oasis bar also worth a visit. Hope to return very soon.

I thought the resort was brilliant. The beach was very clean and not to big, but not too small.
There is easy access to other resorts from Pefkos - you can travel to Lindos for 6 Euros in a taxi.
