Location superb. Cala Bona is quiet, but not as quiet as some reviewers would lead you to believe. It is not the quietest resort I have ever been to. Cala Millor is very close.
Beach is a bit of a mess. The concrete bays are clearly decaying and horrible bits of concrete shingle wash up on beach where the sand should be!

Cala Bona is quite small but right next to Cala Millor which is a bit more lively. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants to visit.

The resort was clean but a little tired. Beaches clean and well cared for but there is a lot of seaweed at some points which ~I aren't keen on.
We did find that bars in Cala Bona shut fairly early e.g.11pm but a handful stayed open as did the hotel.

Resort found to be very good with a varied amount of entertainment
More thought should be made of the area's with sea urchins

The resort of Cala Bona is full of fun, plenty to do if you want it or just to relax and do nothing.

A Nice resort pleasant harbour area. Best entertainment in the hotels ( not Floriana).
Next door Cala Milor has a bigger beach but seems to be packed with Germans.
There are road trains to take you either north to Cala Pins or south to SaComa
All the beaches we visited in Mallorca were either very busy or overcrowded.

Cala Bona is great with some lovely restaurants especially around the harbour. There's also Indian,Chinese/Thai restaurants too.Lovely promenade where you can stroll down to Cala Millor.Plenty of shops and bars on the way.You have to dodge the bikes though. This was our 2nd visit to Cala Bona and we are returning in August 2008

I would recommend the resort, also it is easy to get to Cala Millor.
