Would recomened it to all families. Pool lovely and clean it was closed once during our stay as some child was sick in it shows how they keep it clean. Lovely beach just outside the front door.
We upgraded direct with the hotel to a suite cost 40 pound fore the week would recomended this had a lounge with telly fridge kettle and bedroomwith four poster and three balconeys.
Food was brill lots of choice and so so so good with children special buffet and cutlery thought of everthing.
Last but not least the entertainment! the hotel team great and thompsons kid club out of this world.
As you can tell i had a great time and could sell this hotel to others. Just not sure how it would be in school holidays as there would be a lot of children about i think.
Give it a go!

The cleaning staff did a excellent job keeping the hoptel and your rooms clean.
The reps did a brilliant job keeping everyone happy, and making sure that all the kids were included. The entertainment at nights was a bit cheesy, but everyone loved it.

As usual they made our stay a very plaesant one and have no hesitation in recomending it. Very good value for money. No problems at all.

The hotel staff and reps were all very friendly and helpful and always willing to help. The hotel was spotless and cannot be faulted for cleanliness. The maids were all very helpful and friendly wishing everyone a good morning as you left your room.
The food was excellent with a great choice for all. Breakfast was 8-10am but if you were leaving to go on an early trip the restaurant opened at 7am offering a continental style breakfast. Dinner in the evening was from 6.30 - 9pm. It also served a childs menu.
The pool and surrounding area is very clean. The pool water is quite cold so be prepared!
The views and location of the hotel were excellent. The hotel is situated on the beach in the quiet resort of Son Baulo which is ideal for families. There is a 25 minute stroll along the promenade which takes you into C'an Picafort. The local bus leaves from the Bonsai Hotel up the road and is very cheap. There is also the Land Train (C'an Picafort Express). All very easy to use.
Our daughter joined the Tribe club and had a brilliant time. The reps were all very friendly and great with kids.
The evening entertainment was good for kids with a mini disco starting at 8.30pm then cash bingo at 9.30pm. The evening entertainment three times that week were a parrot show, Circus acrobats and a Disney show - all of which we all enjoyed.
All in all a brilliant holiday and can't wait to go back next year!

Rooms are spacious and have excellent sea views, they are very clean and well kept.
Lovely pool with toddlers pool and playground, plenty of free sunbeds.
Entertainment staff works hard and are enthusiastic.
The food is great and could not ask for more, in the morning we loved fresh fried eggs.
We love the beach, the hotel is right onto the sand.
Had a wonderful week.

It was absolutely fantastic, and I would recommend it for people of all ages, families, group holidays, the lot! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms overlooking directly to the beach and sea so you haven't got hideous tall rise buildings all over the place. The rooms are big, spacious and clean; you get your bedroom, bathroom - and balcony. The reception staff are helpful and friendly.
The bar staff, waiters, cleaners and groundmen are all so friendly! And eveyone is great with kids. You just can't explain how great this place is! We stayed half board - which i would highly recommend.
The food is plentiful, diverse and gorgeous, something different every day, all well cooked, and a huge choice for Vegetarians, Pescatarians and your plain ol' meat eaters. There was something for eveyone. Breakfast 8am - 10am - there was bread, toast, fry ups, yoghurts, cereal, pancakes, fruit, so much of it... At lunch you can have sandwichs, snacks or light meals on terraces right onto the sandy beach. And then dinner 6.30pm - 9.00pm ,there was just too much to name, you got soups, salads, meat, fish, vegetables, pizza's pastas - you could not go hungry in this place.
If you're peckish in between meals there is a pool bar which serves fast food and salads, plenty of drink, cocktails, wines, spirits, beer, you name they had it .From 10am til 1am there is plenty to do.
They have I think three kids clubs for different age groups (don't know much more as only one kid in the group ) But there was sooo much for them to do. And the adults, they don't get left out either, there were pool competitions, darts, rope climbing, quizzes, bingo, water polo, volley beach, i could go on forever!!
In the evening in the main bar/entertainment room, there is your kids disco till 8 then cash bingo. Then theres your entertainment for the evening, which is different every night, with 3 professional acts per week. The place is so clean and tidy too. The beach is just there on your footstep, IT'S FANTASTIC!!!!!

The staff were fantastic and you couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel sits on the beach.
We used the kids club everyday and the children loved every minute.
The night time entertainment was a mixture of shows like Motown nights and shows with the Thomson reps. There is a mini disco for the children at 8pm which was excellent.
The Thomson staff were all very friendly. The reps were very helpful when we booked trips. And the children's entertainers made the children's holiday really special especially Hyper Helen, Crazy Claire and Loopy Liam.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone with children.

Although the hotel is large it is friendly. The Thomson staff were helpful.
We didn't have children in our party, but there was plenty for them to do with the childrens clubs etc.
Night life around the hotel was limited to cafes. However, there was entertainment on in the hotel every night. During our stay we saw a performance of acrobatic cats, M-Town Music tribute group to Motown music and other entertainment including the reps show.
The staff at the hotel are friendly and courteous at all times, that includes everyone.
The hotel has separate tv rooms for adults, families and children. There is also an adult only quiet room where you can sit and read, play cards or just relax.
Access to the beach couldn't be simpler, just a step down from the sun terrace.
All meals were buffet style. Breakfast was either a full cooked English style one, cereal, toast or a continental cold style. There was plenty of choice and you could have a mixture of whatever you wanted. Dinner offered a choice of food and there was a separate buffet for the children, although quite a few adults enjoyed it as well.
We will definitely return to this hotel in the future for a longer stay. Although it is only 3 star it is better than a lot of 4 star accommodation we have sampled in the past.

Entertainment very good for kids and not too bad for adults we saw a few tribute bands which were quite enjoyable especially the Beatles and Rod Stewart ones.
We would definitely return to this hotel. Food was good there was something to please everyone only complaint I have was the weight I put on with the desserts, everything was hot and fresh different menu each day.
We were there when the heavy rains came our room was leaking just in the bathroom told staff they were there straight away cleaning it up and a few days later when we came off the beach a lovely surprise of a bottle of champers waiting for the inconvenience caused which cooled us down just great.
All in all it is a lovely hotel great location and very relaxing.
