Location
Kids Club is very good, but limited to 16 kids.
Evening entertainment is poor, it's more for the adults than the kids, they should spend a little more time with the kids in the night, rather than playing bingo and having a quiz, how boring.
Location is very good, depending where you are situated, lots of apartments where broken into. Stay away from block 7, this is right next to the 5 a side football puitch, and is people play on here at between 3-7am in the morning.
Tropico is stuck in betwenn saraha and Jungla, these are very noisy, lots of swearing.
Sunbeds, if you want a good spot, be prepared to get up between 6:30 and 7:00, if you want a sunbed, be there by 8am or forget it.
Whislt I was there, A 3 year child was found floating in the pool, he was ok.
Prices on the complex is quite dear, I paid

The entertainment was top notch with Rowly, Paul & Abby from thomsons and especially Chris from fiesta making our holiday loads better.
The appartment we had was great, very clean and well kept, maybe a bit basic but spot on all the same and we were in block 4 on the top floor overlooking the pool, not much noise on a night but great because we got the sunshine on our balcony when we were actually there, and the pool was great too....just nice when the temps were up in the high 20's!!
Tom Browns was ace for our meals, the beach was great and the pirates show was possibly one of the best nights ive ever had in my life....a must for anyone in magaluf.
Only gripes we had waere the hotel barmen being quite ignorant and the animal magic excursion we went on...a waste of money and very boring apart from the dolphin show, if you're going here then dont waste a day on that as we did!!!
Apart from that it was excellent.....so much so we've only been home 36 hours and ive got prices for next year already ;-)

The reps and entertainment were great, although a few nights we ventured to the Magalluf showbaf(next to spar supermarket) it's a bit quiet but the entertainment is excellent.
Spar is a rip-off, it's cheaper to eat out!!!!!!
I tried all the restaurants in the first week, and chose the best for the second week, The EUROPE restaurant next to the bookies was the winner! The food is great, the portions are enough for two and it value for money. The cottage is also good.Just DONT go to Tom Browns, expensive and horrible.
Also, if you are to choose a water park, go for Western Water Park

not go again. Not so much because of the reps, hotel or its staff, they were all excellent (brilliant kids reps there) but the venue and guests were auful.
We were at the front of the hotel looking onto the street. Although the hotel is situated at the end of the resort, every night from about 3am until 7am, you would get a stream of jobs walk past the window singing and swearing. You could not sleep.
The guests. Well I would say about 40% of them were riff raff with kids who appeared to have behavioral problems. I don't blame the kids, its the parents who were just idiots. An example would be every night there must have been 2 to 3 kids playing at the sdge of the pool unsupervised. Honestly it was like a lower class Butlins.
I think they should double the price to keep the job element out. Then I might return.
Once again, hats off to all the reps and staff. Top knotch.
