I enjoyed going half board because i didn't have to bother cooking anything or worry about what time we're going to have dinner. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb. The food was gorgeous, the chef did a great job. The location of the hotel was very good because it was only a walk down the road to all the shops and the beach. The hotel staff were very nice especially at breakfast and dinner because they welcomed us in at the door. The entertainment was fantastic especially Vicki the superfamily entertainer, she was great. I would also love to go back next year because it was wondeful and i would also reccommend it.(kathryn Armstrong aged 15

Outstanding family holiday hotel. Nothing was a problem. The management and staff truly care about your welfare and comfort and demonstrated this daily. There was a team of cleaning staff on duty daily and the place was immaculate.
The restaurant manager, Miguel, was a seasoned veteran and ably assisted by a team of seven each evening, plus three or four chefs who would bring out mountains of freshly cooked food. Top marks for fish dishes and
the daily carvery.
I had a chance to talk to the Hotel Manager, a talented young woman called Monica Sanchez who it seems leads from the top in customer care and was also particularly keen on green environmental thaings. There were posters everywhere and she was about to take delivery of new bins to aid waste segregation for recycling.
Most impressive.
We had two entertainment teams, the Marina Hotel Team and the Thomson Superfamily Team. Both very good and overlapped through the day and into the evening so that there was something on virtually all day.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel.
The staff were wery friendly, the food excellent, location good, near to beach. A small hill. . .. a little bit difficult after a few drinks!.
The best hotel ever!! We will be returning soon.

Spotlessly clean, into recycling, food fabulous, entertainment very good. Kids club fantastic, as we went in september not many children aroud so ours got to go twice a day, great for us.
Pools brilliant, plenty of free sun beds and parasols. drinks in hotel quite reasonable, close to magaluf to walk to shops in day but not close enough to hear noise on a night from the balcony.
Only thing you dont know when you are in palma nova or magaluf.
There are cleaners around 24 7 nothing is to much trouble, Tony the restaraunt manager is lovely great with the fussy kids food fantastic a gala diner each week, fresh prawns fresh fruit salads beautiful desserts brilliant.
Entertainment brilliant kids and adults catered for videos for the kids when the proffessional shws were on .

Hotel was very clean. Security was good on particular grumpy security guard was amusing. Always plenty of food and excellent selection. One of my friends was a veggie and always enough to chose from.
The only thing would be the hill that we had to walk after a night out that always killed me. Me and my friends all got on with the entertainment staff so well that 2 of my friends came back 2 months after . We didnt really see much of the entertainment but what we did see was good. What i remember of this hotel it was extremly helpful i had few problems on holiday and they were very happy to help. This year 8 of my friends are going after what i said about it.
