Location
Went into Sa coma on a night for an evening meal and then went back about 9.30pm for the shows, found most of these really good.
We were facing the big top at the back which at night become really noisy with the teenagers still out drinking, this went on until about 2pm every night which towards the end became really annoying!
Hire a fan !!! its gets far to hot on a night to sleep
Enjoyed the jacket potatoes on a lunch time and the pizza is lovely
Would not go back, one of my daughters will be 14 next year and there is not much for her to do and unlike a lot of other parents I would not like her drinking and wondering the hotel till all hours of the morning.
But all around a really good until more suited for families with smaller children.

We did not eat there but some freinds we met said it was good.
Location! A little bit of a walk but plenty of bars to call in on the way should you get thirsty.
Staff friendly and the the entertianment, well I really dont know why they don't have the entertainers from Delaneys and the Kings head, then there would be no need to go out of the place as far as I'm concerned.
We are going back this year so I guess this answers it all really.

Rooms cleaned regulary, small but adequate with all you need. Good restaurant and take away on site but much better choice and deals in Sa Coma.
Pools were excellant but you had to be up early to get a sunbed. Hotel policy said any towels out before 8am would be removed by security, didnt happen! Preferred the beach in Sa Coma anyway, lovely sands and water.
Don't ask for a room near the pool area, very noisy late at night when the inconsiderate ones return from town, especially screaming kids!
Large entertainment area, good for the kids with family shows later on, had some excellant comedy acts.
Top tip, pint of san miguel 4 euros in bar, litre bottle in the shop only 80 cents!!

The complex was clean even at the busiest times.
The food was plentiful with lots of choices at all times.
We did not have much involvement with the staff which is good in its own way.
The night time entertainment was fine for the younger children in the open air Big Top area where the kids could run around in plenty of space and lots of seating for oldies.
Possibly the entertainment/activities for the elder end was a little lacking.
The beach was a distance away - however the free train was always on time and very amenable to those with young children/puschairs etc. The beach itself was sandy and pebble free.
We would definitely go again given the opportunity.

The entertainment at this hotel kept us all busy!
The food I really good and they have a wide variety which is really good for fussy eaters!
The entertainment was brilliant they have disco's , trampolines, bars, quad bikes and so much more .
The staff were always willing to help and the rooms were spic and span!! I would definitely go on this holiday again!!

As we were self catering we never ate in the hotel but we ate at the on site LA TASCA restaurant a few times and needless to say we really enjoyed their.
The hotel is a good 20 minute walk to Sa Coma centre but my family and I did it every night as once I had heard the airtours reps practising their singing during the day they made my mind up there and then!
Don't be put off about the walk as there is a train which takes you down into the centre running from 10 till 6.
All in all we enjoyed our holiday at the Bouganvilla and may return again sometime.

We went self catering this time round as we like to get out and eat in different places while we're away.
The hotel was spotless in all areas. I couldn't fault it in any way with that regard.
We only ate in the hotel on 2 occasions. Once in the buffet style place and once in the La Tasca restaurant. The buffet was ok. It was 12 euro per person and it was all you can eat which wasn't bad. The food was decent enough but you would know it was sitting there for a while. La Tasca was lovely. We ate there on our last night. Prices were very reasonable there too.
The location of the hotel is the only downer. It is a good 20 mins walk to the resort centre so your best bet is to taxi down to it which will cost about 4 euro. There is a train type of thing that goes down to the centre every day except Sundays.
Make sure you have your room card with you on your return back or the driver won't let you on. It goes every half hour to the centre which was brilliant. We didn't have much to do with the hotel staff but what little we did they seemed ok.
The entertainment was brutal. The reps do most of it and they are rubbish so get yourself out to the resort if you want better entertainment. They had a tribute act to Madonna on one of the nights which was excellent. She looked and sounded like the real thing but other than that stay clear of the big top.
All in all I would visit this place again as it child friendly and definitely suits the British holiday maker. Being from Ireland we were kind of glad we didn't see too many of our countrymen. It's nice to talk to other nationalities now and then.

We had originally booked for self catering but before departure from here decided to upgrade, it was a waste of money, very little choice. Needless to say we only ate in the restaurant twice.
No fans in rooms none left to hire so ended up going to the hypermarket to buy one.
Entertainment was terrible the only good one was "Xerox."
Some rooms appeared to have TVs though we never found out where they came from seen the staff taking them in and taking them back again when guests left.
I think it might be ok holiday if you have younger kids but mine are 12 and 13.
Needless to say we won't be going back.

It was very clean and tidy.
The pool was very clean and great for kids and adults as it is huge.
The children's entertainment was thoroughly enjoyed by my daughter although the adult entertainment could be improved.
The only downside was the temperature of the room - would have been excellent with air conditioning but it was expected.
It was a shame that during our last few days people were starting to put towels on sunbeds the night before.
Overall we had a great time and would go back!

Hotel 25mins walk to Sa Coma but train runs every 20mins to and from hotel until 6pm.
Rooms on the small side and definitely need air-conditioning indeed this is my only criticism of the complex.
The pool near the Big-Top is quietest and safest. Bring your own drinks for the kids to the "Big-Top" most do! My kids loved the entertainment - myself - I enjoyed a few drinks!
