Top floor room could be the best choice.
The best rooms are outside the pool as you don't have to walk to far. It's good to get to the pool early so you can get a sunbed and in the evening its not so busy so good to go in the pool then. Burger King was nice to eat in and their was lots of restaurants by the harbour which was quite cheap and nice.

Resort seemed a bit characterless though pleasant enough it has obvously been built recently for the tourist trade. Quite low key which suited us. Found the resort very pricey. Beaches were nice, lovely sea but got crowded and had lots of jellfish so couldn't really swim and a worry if you have kids.

The resort is very clean and the harbour has lots of restaurants and bars. We found it quite expensive.

I would say the resort suits couples and families with younger children.

A trip to Goody Goody with the kids is a must. We spent a couple of days there and had a lovely time.

The beach is very pretty and its a short walk to a bigger beach about ten mins away.

We would go back to the resort but we probably won't as there are too many other places on our list to visit....

We visited cala n bosch for the fisrt time and found it to be everything we hoped for to enjoy a family holiday. The main restaurants are around a very pretty small marina, which caters for every type of food, although most of them do tend to serve similar food. We enjoyed 'el plato' for the chicken kebabs on skewers, but don't bother with the Tex-Mex or any Chinese restaurants. There are a few nice bars for a drink and the 'valentin star' in the centre has live music everynight which puts you in the holiday mood. the beach is clean with warm sea and even the lifeguard spends his days in the sea scooping up any jellyfish making it safe for children to swim. We visited other resorts in Menorca, such as Cala Galdana, Fornells and Santo Tomas which are all well worth as visit, but we were pleased with our choice and hope to return soon.

We liked Cala N' Bosch. It has a pleasant 'non-commercial' feel to it (unlike the Canaries), although restaurant service can be a bit 'fast food' and impersonal.

Beaches great and all the better if you explore with a car to some of the beaches like Cala Macarella, which are unspoilt and excellent. Supermarkets good value and open all hours.

The Titanic Park (across the roundabout) went down well with our son, where you can swim for ages for the price of a drink and an ice cream.

Staff here excellent also.

Resort fantastic. We like quiet so perfect for us. There were enough restaurants to choose from. We loved The Cafe Balear.

The spanish eat there too, so you may want to reserve a table if eating after 8. Staff helpful and friendly. The food is delicious, try the veal and Paella not to mention the fresh fish, especially the calamares!!! The set menu also very good, and good value at 12euros per pers.If you have set menu, go for the lemon sorbet to finish, they just might even add a touch of gin or vodka!!

Didn't like the food in the tapas bar, meatballs were a grey colour! The Vennezzia was over-priced, 36 euros for a canneloni, a lasagne garlic bread and 3 glasses of wine, and not a vegetable in sight.Pizzas in Tropicana looked to die for. The marina is just lovely to look at whilst enjoying a meal anywhere in that area.

Ciutadella just magical.Buses every 15/30 mins rightup to 12.15 (returning) at night, and only 20mins to get there.

The resort was low key around a decent sized marina surrounded with bars and an entertainment place called goody goodys with bouncy castles and coin operated rides and an amusement arcade.

Cala'n Bosch is a great resort for all ages.
We particularly enjoyed the bars especially when England were playing!
There are great places to eat or just sit and have a drink and listen to live music.
The beach was okay, a lot of seaweed. There are much better beaches elsewhere.

Most beach resorts in Menorca are newly developed over the last twenty years or so, and have very little historic culture. However saying this we were pleasantly surprised how clean the Island was, and general very nice. History is best found in the two main cities.
We hired a car and toured the whole Island and was pleased to report that Caln Bosch was the best choice.
Fornells was also very pleasant with enough restaurants and quite bars to fill a 7 day holiday, and set in a picturesque bay.
Viva Menorca despite the name is very good, 5mins walk to the rocky coast and 15 mins walk to the lovely sandy beach nr the Marina. The pool area is excellent and very attractive as are the Palm trees and gardens. There are various hotel activities but these are low key and its up to you if you want to take part, as they are not thrown in your face.
There are several restaurants, and food shops nearby, but we found it best to stroll down to the marina to eat and shop. This is a purpose built marina some years ago, but is very pleasant to walk round day or specially in the evening. We used to Eat or drink sitting outside and watch the boats / holiday makers, which was very relaxing as you can see right round the Marina with all its boats and lights.
Ignore what people say about the beach being small its NOT.(its a bay inlet and can accomodate a lot of people). Walk across the fine sandy beach which is just down from the Marina outlet, over the rocks and in 10mins you are on the next lovely sandy beach. As you walk near to this beach you will find sandy areas in between the rocks suitable for individual family sunbathing. Keep walking on the coastal path for app 2 hrs and you will discover a large beautiful idilic white sandy beach almost deserted as there are no roads down to it.
We would go back as there is plenty to do and see, especially coastal walks. However this will be a while as there are lots more resorts out there to visit............
