Top floor room could be the best choice.
The best rooms are outside the pool as you don't have to walk to far. It's good to get to the pool early so you can get a sunbed and in the evening its not so busy so good to go in the pool then.
Burger King was nice to eat in and their was lots of restaurants by the harbour which was quite cheap and nice.

The Marina at Cala N bosch is beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants. The beach does get very busy but we had a great day there until the red flags appeared as the sea was too rough to go in.
We would return to this resort and would maybe consider the Paradise Apartments again, as long as they are kept cleaner, as the apartments are situated in a fantastic part of the resort.

Cala n Bosch is small with little to do, we only went in a couple of times because the food and shops were rubbish.
We ate out every night, found the local area to be disappointing really, no shops to speak of and the restaurants poor quality. Particularly FIESTA, a mexican restaurant....although more like a fast food chain. We sat down to eat and were thrown our first course in record time...no way was this cooked to order. We were still chewing our food when the main course arrived. And it was not cooked properly. When I told the manager he got really nasty, and said they'd cook it further. As if! I told hom we would pay for the 1st course and drinks and he reluctantly accepted this, we were also told by other people at the Viva of similar experiences. So BEWARE!!!!
Another minor detail but may be of interest, you can't smoke in enclosed places in Spain anymore, not a problem really as most things are outdoors, and you can only buy cigarettes from Tobacconists now. So no cigs from supermarkets etc, in fact you have to go to Cituedella for them now! I went on Sat night and they were shut as they were on Sundays too.

Resort was very clean considering that it is so heavily used.
Entertainement is limited, but if you like to stroll around then have a elongated meal then it is excellent.
Chaplins in the far corner of the Marina was very cheap for food and staff were lovely. The Brittania next door to that served good food too but suffered with a very obnoxious member of staff. There are many places to eat however and we didnt have one bad meal while we were there.
Beach was very crowded.
Can reccomend the glass bottom boat ride, but be aware that the beach you stop out could well be nudist! We were not told and I am glad I hadnt taken my Granny with me!

The Marina and beach was a 5-10 minute walk from Marinda Gardens and was really lovely.
There were plenty of different kinds of restaurants, shops and the Goody Goody park for the children.
The beach is only small but it was nice for young families. Everywhere was clean and it felt very safe walking around day or night.
It really felt like you were in a different country, not in a British seaside town with sun!

Cala'n Bosch is a very quiet, relaxing resort. As we were All Inclusive, we did not eat out at all but we did visit a few bars as the males in our party wanted to watch the start of the football season. It seemed clean and tidy, the beach was lovely but, as we had some windy days, the sea was very rough for a couple of days and you were not allowed to swim for obvious reason. The Marina is lovely and you must go on the glass bottomed boat trip - it was the highlight of my holiday - standing at the back of the boat upstairs with a can of San Miguel with the wind whipping though my hair - perfect!! I would definately visit this resort again and have recommended it to my parents-in-law as the place is flat and you do not have to walk very far to get to the amenities.

The marina has loads of good restaurants, and there is a waterpark called aqua rock which is about a good 5 minute walk

This is the second time in this resort and it is our sort of thing. Good choice of restaurants and no rowdy bars or discos. There is one park for the children called the Goody Goody. Its reasonably priced and you can watch whilst having a drink. I can't imagine it appealing to older kids although there is a small amusement arcade attached.
The marina is very pretty and clean. The bars and restaurants circle it. Chinese, Indian, Tex Mex, Steak House, Tapas Bar and fish restaurants. We did try the brittania once but frozen prawns in the cocktail and frozen pies put me off going again. We liked Toro Negro steak house. Theres a mini train and a horse and cart ride in the evenings. Away from the Marina there is little else to occupy the evenings.
Walking distance from the Marina is a water park which is great fun. Its not huge and a tip is to go after 3pm when its almost half price and not as busy. You still get 3 hours and we found this to be plenty. There is a karting track next to this, but beware you do sign a disclaimer and read the small print first or at the very least go very careful! Excellent boat trip available from the Marina which is 3 1/2 hours long takes you to some beautiful beaches, complete with slides and shutes onboard. For £250 you can also hire your own boat for the day too.
We have always hired a car. I've never driven anywhere else but its so easy here I would encourage even the timid to give it a go. Basically there is one road and everything is off of that. A new road has been built to bypass Cuitadella and its made it even easier. Go to Macarella (a beautiful beach with good access) or Cala Morells for great scenery and caves. El Toro the highest point is great for taking snaps. So many places we still haven't seen. Alternatively, the bus service on the island is excellent too.
The supermarkets in the resort are not too badly priced. We managed to get cows milk easily for my daughter in them all. On the road in from Cuitadella there is a hipermarket where all the residents shop and you can buy anything there, its so much cheaper.
The beach is quite small and can be very crowded. 2 beds and an unbrella worked out at over £12 a day! So we purchased some lilos instead and saved outselves a fortune.
Having been here twice we probably won't return again although it is a lovely resort and we have enjoyed staying there.

The reosrt centered around the marina which was a minutes walk from our hotel. There were many restaurants to choose from offering good value and quality meals. Although i would have liked to have seen more vegetables on the menu as most of the meals came with chips in particular the childrens meals. The beach was excellent although the cost of the sunbeds and parasols were pricey.

Stayed in Cala'n Bosch, first time back there in thirteen years. Wondered why it had taken us so long to return. Nice size resort, enough places to eat and drink, mostly round the marina which is lovely, especially at night.
Beach is clean, plenty of sunbeds and parosols, and a couple of cafes to get drinks etc. Good beach for children, not too big or packed.
Took the mini train round the resort early on which helped us see what was there, quite alot more than our first visit.
It was a little expensive, 7 euro's each, but worth it. There are enough shops and supermarkets for what you need, plenty of english brands if you want them.
Used the local bus to visit Cuitadella, old capital, and this was very easy, with frequent buses. Resort is very safe, and not noisy, perfect for couples or family holidays.
We loved Minorca and Cala'n Bosch, and will definitely return again soon.
