Do not leave any items outside to dry as they will be stolen by local thieves who are targeting hotel due to ease of access and lack of security.

the state of the resort could do with getting cleaned up. there were loads of rubbish and papers just left lying around esp on the path down to the little beaches.the e

entertainment was ok but after a few bevvies who cares !!! we only went down to the beach twice and found it to be a bit dissapointing to say the least.we hired a car for 3 days and saw some beautiful beaches(cala galdana fantastic)

there is a wide selection of eating houses all very close together , the square which is full of pubs also has entertainment in it , there is plenty of things for kids to do including an aqua park the only thing that would make it the best holiday location ever would be a large beach rather than the small inlets. there are plenty of supermarkets and shops to choose from .the restaurants are all very child friendly.

the resort seemed clean not much entertainment going off unless you went and sat in the square where live music was playing from about 10 pm onwards.the cove down a dirt track could be made nice if it was cleaned up a little bit the sea was very clear you could see lots of small fish swimming aroud.we were disapointed with the trip to the aqua park in calan bosch itwas expensive there were only four slides to choose from and one set of steps which caused large ques so would not recomend going.

The resort of Cala n Forcat is smaller than we expected. It is full of the typical resort shops, restaurants and bars. The menu in each restaurant was basically the same. The staff in all the shops and bars were extremely friendly. The main entertainment was in the square and the acts they had were very good.

The beach was small but clean with a beach bar which was very expensive.

We have stayed in Cala n Bosch before and found it a much nicer resort than Cala n Forcat.

The resort itself could do with tidying up a bit. There are some particular areas where there is a lot of litter. There are plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance and plenty of supermarkets if you want to cook.

Although our scores for the resort are quite low there were a number of other good areas: loads of very good and cheap places to eat, and accomodated well for chidren up to age 11 There was a good aqua park although this was a little expensive. We enjoyed our daily walk to the resort from our appartment (10 minutes)
Resort was very safe with no anti social behaviour ideal for families

Son bou beach is the one of the best beaches which is situated in Cala 'n' Bosch, lovely clear water and nice sand, and Aqua Park is a really good place to visit, although it only has 4 big slides, its a great place to go to.

There is a square in Cala 'n' Forcat which is situated near Oasis Park Apartments which has a few bars and a center stage which somtimes had entertainment such as the 'soul sisters' which sand motown and gospel songs, and a group from Scotland were inpersonating Abba which was entertaining.
Blue breeze and Cheers are good places for teenagers to go and meet lots of other people, as its always full of young teens. (which is also in the square)
The weather was very hot, and because there was also a breeze it was a bit easier to sunbathe, but you can easily fall asleep and wake up sunburned (badly).
Also, it gets quite cold at night so its wise to take a jacket or a cardigan.

There is some nice restaurants nearby the John Travaultor Statue, but only if you are prepared to wait a long time and dont mind cold food, dont eat at the resturant which is opposite 'Ben and Jerrys'.

The resort itself was reasonably clean - there were a few areas that could do with empty cans, bottles etc picking up. No dogs fouling the pavements - always a bonus with 4 kids!

Hard for us to comment on the resort's evening entertainment, as we had everything we needed at Oasis Park so returned for the on site entertainment after our evening meal in the resort. Other guests spoke highly of the organised evenings out in Cala'n Forcat.

If we return to Menorca then we would be pleased to return to Cala'n Forcat.
We visited the local Aqua Park and that was an excellent day! Lots of water slides plus a soft play area.

The Beaches were clean, nice sand and water was reasonably clear - much clearer than Skeggy!
