I have to say a huge thank you to our wonderful reps, Lisa and Anthony. It was their first season. They were brilliant. Lisa managed to get us a room change but we had to decline as we could not get two together and were not able to move on the same day. If we had been there for two weeks would have moved but like I say get the ear plugs and then you are saved!
The apartments are basic but very clean. The sheets and towels were changed reguarly and were crisp white. The cleaners worked very hard - thanks to them - no complaints. We were extremely pleased. Shower worked well and all appliances worked well.
The restaurant was lovely and we recommend you try the breakfast and evening meal as the food was lovely.
The pool was great, one half for swimming and one half for inflatables plus a kiddies pool. Also a lifeguard.
Always got sunbeds, no hassle, lovely area to sunbathe. quiet and relaxing very family orientated.
Would recommend these apartments but would get a pool view next time.
About 10-20 min walk to harbour or you can walk further for breathtaking views. Los cristianos is a lovely lovely place to visit, we all thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing break. Our favourite restaurant to eat at was FADOS - lovely food served with a smile.
The whale watching trip was amazing and most recommended, our children really loved this trip. We went on the free bird one VIP trip which was well worth the extra pounds.
Also did the mount tiedi evening trip, amazing trip watching the sunset and looking down onto the clouds. We had a lovely four course meal in the restaurant, star gazed and then returned by 11pm in our jeeps. I will always remember this trip and the wonderful people who we met along the way.
If you want an upbeat resort then visit playa americas but los cristianos has a refined atmosphere and the locals are really friendly. We loved tenerife and will definitely visit again to a different resort. The weather was fantastic all in all our holiday was 9 out of 10 just spoiled by the very noisy first night until we could get the earplugs.
Happy holidays.

It seems most of the apartments are privately owned and holiday lets are arranged by a management company. We met a number of ex-pats who lived in the apartments permanently. Our 2nd floor apartment (325) was a two bedroomed but the upstairs bedroom, on the fourth floor and accessed by a nice spiral staircase was locked - we assumed the owners used the apartment themselves and left personal possessions in there when not resident.
There was an electronic safe which we did not pay the 15 euros for as they couldn't stop you using it anyway, although the satellite TV did not work without a remote and activation at reception - 15 euros for four days. The portable TV had a 14" screen and was way too small.
Apartment was nicely equipped - basic, but enough crockery and cutlery although no vital bottle opener! There was a full oven, fridge, kettle and toaster but no microwave. No air con but the bedroom and lounge had an overhead fan. Daytime temp was about 19oC so not warm enough to be a problem.
Pool area looked clean and tidy and plenty of sunbeds, although a busy summer must see the availability of sunbeds stretched. The usual 'towels on the sunbeds' at 9am prevailed despite strongly worded warnings not to.
The on-site cafe/bar was clean and presented good quality food. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.
Warning: the independent supermarket on the left hand side of the reception as you look at it from the road stocked a number of items past their sell-by dates, at inflated prices. Our complaint about a bottle of Pepsi which had the sell by date smudged off was met by staff who suddenly spoke no English. Be warned!

The apartments are located a shortish walk from the resort centre.
The staff were very helpful, especially reception staff.
People have referred to the pool area and how slippy it is - they are 100% correct - it is dangerous when wet and be careful when walking on the tiles.
The first week was quite quiet however the second week, unknown to us at booking stage, was scottish half-term and the place became extremely busy - namely sunbeds and having to queue from about 8.30 to get one !
We didnt eat in the restaurant however the food looked very good and there seemed to be plently of choice from the menu.
Entertainment was limited however this can only be expected in apartments. However there appeared to be an extremely good kids club provided most days.
We stayed in the white painted block - this offers you a pool view however your bedroom backs on to quite a noisey karoke bar - however this stopped at midnight and didnt bother us that much. There was some building work taking place, which started at 8am, but again, with an 21 mth child this didnt bother us much !
As I say we would return again and recommend these apartments.

Very worth it though. We tended to eat out most of the time and after trying a few spanish type restaurants we found Amigos on the sea front. Very friendly English family who have recently taken over the business. They couldn

The hotel food was average all though because we were self catering we tended to eat elsewhere.

Pool is good except surrounding area is very slippy under foot & can get very hot. Life guard is present around the pool. Sunbeds are scarce so get their early in the morning (8.30am)to get one (chained up at night).
Reception staff very helpful, cleanliness was good.
Taxis park outside (4 euros to centre or 15min walk)
Hotel restaurant good.
Parrot & snake show around pool once a week (30mins) we paid up front for photo (10 euros), collected next day from reception and it was very poor quality & blurred.
Apart from this we enjoyed our stay.

Room cleaned daily but quickly and nothing moved only cleaned round, towels & bedding changed frequently, apartment had full hob, oven, grill & fridge.
Only ate twice on an evening at restaurant, food and service good but a bit more expensive than other places. Pool side snack bar good for lunch time. Queue for sunbeds starts at 8am, unlocked at 9am, 30% left with towels for best part of day, worst part of the holiday.
pool size good, pool side very hot & extremely slippery even when walking.
Entertainment was more or less 0. Would go again to this complex.

The rooms were well equipped with everything you would need. There were two problems the ceiling fan in the bedroom was noisy, it rattled loudly and the sofa bed creaked every time you moved. The rooms were very clean with the maids cleaning 5 days a week.
The pool area was clean and well kept.We ate in the restaurant several times, the food was good but a little pricey.
The rooms inside and outside need a coat of paint in places, as on the landings it looks a little shabby.
Despite this we had 2 weeks of glorious weather and a happy holiday!

We had a 2 bedroom apartment facing the main road and it was not noisy.
Apartment was well clean and the pool was mint.
The bars across the road were good and I would like to thank Steve who owns Springers for a top time during the world cup. He could not do enough for you.
All in all a top complex to stay in.
Will be going back next year.
