Location
The hotel is in a very good spot, not to far up the hill and not in the middle of the noisy town. The hotel was ok but the supermarkets were quite expensive.
We found one called Trebol, half the price for soft drinks and snaks than the smaller shops.
You have to be up early if you want a sunbed as they are locked everynight and have to wait until 9.00am for them to be opened up, there is usually a rush as there aren't many to go around.
All in all an excellent holiday was had and we hope to be going back again at Easter.

If you are travelling with Mytours\Airtours make sure you get it in writing that there is no charge for the childrens club,as we were charged 5 euros a day but not if you were with Direct Holidays \Aspro it was free.
The staff were really friendly and the Rep Clare was one of the best I have met in my well travelled years, very imformative and knowlegable and polite.Try Yellas bar across the road,a lovely lady with the cleanest bar in Los Cristianos no food but good cheap beer. Will definately return to the apartments later in the year.

We got the tenerife sur which is just as well because we found out later that the pool in the other hotel was out of use and after talking to a couple who vistit regularly has been for years!
Rooms were very clean and cleaners 5 times a week. We had a television in the room but had to pay 15 euros for the week good for the boys as we went over the rugby so he was happy as had all the sport channels!
The rooms were v hot as no air conditioning only celing fans, and take a tesco club card for the electric as you need a card to leave in the slot or no electric in the day.
The pool was very clean but very annoying had to queue for sun loungers and umberellas at 8.30am or you would have to sit on the grass as people were coming over from the sister hotel. Some saddos were waiting from 7.30am!
The on site shop is v expensive so go to the super market over the road. The staff seemed a bit grumpy but no cause for complaints.
There is a kids club which looked great for the kids and the young girls which ran the kids club seemed very nice but we didn't have children so can't comment any more.
The hotel is in a good location, a 10 minute walk to the beach were lots of water sports and loads of places to eat.
If you like steak go to Fortuna restauarnt they serve you half a cow! The hotel did take away food so if you fancied a night in (yeah right!) you could have a pizza to takeout.
All in all a v good holiday and would go back, however we paid

All mod cons included and plenty crockery, cutlery which we have always found to be in short supply in other apartments.
We were on the 5th floor so no cockroaches but can honestly say that we never saw one the whole time we were there. The apartments are spotless and they are cleaned 5 days per week. On the days the maid does not clean the bins are still emptied. We discovered our toaster did not work and within an hour of reporting this it was replaced with a brand new one.
The pool area is also spotless and there are more than enough sunbeds and lovely grassy areas if you do not wish to sit right next to the pool. There are 2 pool bars, one for drinks and another for lunchtime snacks which are excellent value for money.
My only criticism would be that there is no evening entertainment other than a piano bar at reception, however there are a few family run bars right across the road from the hotel.
The centre of Los Christianos is about a 10 min walk and downhill so not suitable for elderly or those with walking difficulties.
Had a really good time here and would definately go back.

The accommodation was as said, very clean, good apartments, well equipped, nice pool area.
Would recommend to others.

Ate in the pool bar and restaurant few times and it was lovely (try the lamb shank).
The complex itself is very well kept and clean.
The pool is great but a bit cool in March even though it is heated! Plenty of sunbeds. Stacks of them around even in the afternoon.
Bit of a walk to the centre of things but there is a taxi rank directly outside hotel.
Didn't have much contact with staff but they were quite helpful at reception. I think there was entertainment one of the nights we were there but we missed it. No kid

Maids came into room everyday just to empty your rubbish bin.
There seemed to be plenty maintenance staff on the go early in the morning on our second last day one of the decided to use a strimmer about 8.00am.
We ate at the restaurant a few times was a wee bit pricey but if it is good you do not worry.
Staff are good, had a good laugh with two of the waiters (Antonio and a Chris Moyles look a like Jamie). There was just a guy playing an electric organ that was all the entertainment not that good for kids.
Would go back and recommend to anyone.

Our worse area was the location, it was a fair walk to the best beach (golden sands) across many roads and through a pedestrian shopping centre which when you have 2 children, a lilo and a big blow up crocodile was a nightmare!!! You had to do the same walk in the evenings to find the beach restaurants and bars so all in all a lot of walking.
