We have just come back from this hotel yesterday (17/05/02)
There were 3 of us, myself,my wife and our 17 year old daughter. We stayed self catering, but paid for breakfast as we needed it. This cost 5 euros each for a buffet offering everything in abundance,including drinks. Compare this to the grimy English cafes outside, the hotel is a bargain!!. We could not find fault with anything. Room was spotless, and maid service is now daily. Saw 1 cockroach during our stay and put him on a newspaper and sent him outside. Tenerife is after all the home of the cockroach, and free spray is available from reception if you are worrried about them! Staff,public areas,pool,entertainment,and location cannot be faulted in our view.I take note of earlier comments about sunbeds, but apparently many new ones have been added in recent weeks, and we never saw a shortage,even though the hotel appeared to be very busy. We Will be coming back..

We travelled as a group of 4 girls looking for a fun first time holiday all together. We had the most fantastic time, the hotel is set about 5 minutes walk from Starco's and Veronicas so you don't get all of the unwanted noise but it is still in the heart of the resort.
We went half board although next year we will go self catering as there are so many places to eat out that we wanted to try them anyway!
We did not see any of the entertainment as we spent our nights in the Starco's area. Made some great friends!
I would recommend this hotel to people young and old!
