Sara in the bar was the most helpful and happy person she felt like a close friend nothing too much trouble for her she made us feel very welcome.

Hi. Just returned from 2 weeks all inclusive and stayed in a duplex suite with 3 year old twins and 1 year old baby with my wife.
My wife and I always said we would never re-visit any hotel, but have already booked up for next year as this hotel is fantastic!
The location is just superb with child friendly (slope in) massive swimming pool over-looking the ocean with 180 deg views.
There is also another swimming pool (not salt)which is heated, but the big salt water one was warm enough for our one year old (more so in the afternoon!).
The all inclusive option was the best we've ever experienced, with branded drinks and choice of bottled wines from wine list.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all of high quality standard and am now glad to be back home to give my tummy a well deserved rest!

We had great expectations for this hotel, having stayed last year in the Tacande. On arrival reception and foyer look amazing.
Pool areas are well kept and lovely, however main pool is salt water, which most people do not like. The rooms are definately not up to standard. They are in need of refurbishment and are small, especially for families.
Breakfast was of the usual hotel standard. Evening meal was buffet style, greasy and luke warm, a bit like school dinners. We only ate there one night.
Would not stay here again, an expensive hotel but not value for money
