The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The food was out of this world they had theme nights every other night you were also given champagne as you entered restaurants. At lunch and dinner there was always a chef carving a fresh joint or fresh fish. The breakfast had all you wanted from fruit to full English even had black pudding.
The entertainment was excellent to they kept you going day and night the kids loved it there was always something going on even had a cinema in the afternoon.
The rooms were huge and clean maid service was brill.
I have been to many hotels and this is the best it should be a five star and remember it has a huge outdoor pool and a indoor pool you will not find better for your money

When we arrived the coach more or less emptied, and we all set off to queue for check in. Whilst waiting, a waiter came along and asked if anyone wanted cava, orange or water - nice welcome!
We didnt wait long and found that our request to the hotel for a high floor room had been met and we duly proceeded to go to the room and unpack. We were pleased with the room and the view. We were in an end of the block room and coould see the sea and the mountains from our balcony.
Once unpacked we familiarised ourselves with the hotel. It really is a stunning hotel, very clean and airy and everyone seemed very friendly.
We cant really say anything derogatory about this hotel. The decor, staff and food are excellent. In fact have to admit it's one of the best I have ever stayed in for food. There was multiple choices every day and night. Fresh beef, pork, salmon mmmm so much so, we found that we didn't even need any snacks in between.
One thing I did like, was the fact that you didnt need to buy any water for the room, you just went to the bar and asked for it. You were allowed two small bottles at a time. All inclusive drinks are two at a time too. You don't wear a wristband, you have your [hotograph taken for a card. If you wanted wine, you just asked for a glass or a bottle! You had the choice from white, rose or red.
The entertainment was very, very good. We spent most of our nights in the piano room where they had some professional acts on. The main entertainment was held downstairs in the Fiesta room, with professional acts and the in house entertainers putting on their shows.
We didnt use the pool given the time of year. In fact the main pool was closed. Although have to say the weather was glorious and we sat on the rooftop terrace every day (drinks in hand ;)) soaking up the sun. There is also an indoor pool, gym and sauna area.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Although I would think it would be very busy in the summer months with families. For a winter retreat though it's ideal.
We enjoyed it so much that we are about to book it again!

Our room was on the large size enough room for six people easily. It would have been nice to have a couple of extra lifts as at busy times there was often a long wait. The staff were very helpful and there was always saying hello.
The entertainment staff worked very hard from early morning to after midnight their put on some really good shows one of our favourites was 100 years of cinema.
At meal times there was always a large selection of choice to suit every taste. All in all would stay here again. It was quite good value.

What can I say about the Flamingo Oasis? All I can give the hotel and its staff is praise and more praise, just read the other reviews, then book a holiday here.
This was a fantastic hotel to go to at anytime but to be here over the Christmas period was something special, everything was first class for all age groups, a special mention must be made for the excellent effort put into the Christmas day lunch, it really did exceed all expectations and was out of this world - thank you everyone for all your efforts.
Even Father Christmas was so impressed with the hotel he made two visits over the Christmas period.
We also had Frank Carson staying there for a couple days just prior to Christmas whilst he was performing locally, that must say something!!!!

The entertainment was quite good with 2 acts on every evening and an adults only bar, Mama Mia and Grease were a favourite.
The staff were polite and friendly.
The hotel itself was spotless. We were on the 14th floor and had a view of the side of the hotel, which did not put us off.
No probs with the lifts or getting a sunbed, but I expect the hotel was not as busy this time of year.
Definitely would go back to this hotel, had a fantastic 10 days here and worth every penny we paid.
