Stayed in the Flamingo Oasis for a long weekend (25th - 29th May) and had a great time. The hotel is very clean and the bedrooms were superb. We were on the 11th floor overlooking the pool. The pool area is quite small for the size of the hotel with only a few fixed parasols, which I think must be a problem in high season. You didnt have to get up early for a sunbed as the security man did not allow you put reserve beds til around 8.30 am, and through the day if beds were left for a long period of time with no one around he removed the towels!! I thought that was good.
The food was great especially the sweets at lunch time. Drink were fine though we usually red or white wine but they were awful so settle for Rose which was better.
The entertainment seemed good especially for children. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we would definately go back but not in high season due to lack of parasols for the children. Oh, the pool was freezing but weather was great.

We stayed in the Flamingo Oasis from 1/04 - 15/4/06 and had a really great time.
Food was first class with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and hotel kept clean at all times.
We would definitely go back for another visit.
Entertainment fair, the best all incusive hotel I have stayed in.

Just came back from the Flamingo Oasis 22/04/06-29/04/06. Really enjoyed the holiday. I have stayed in quite a few all inclusive hotels in Benidorm and the Flamingo Oasis is certainly the best.
The food was excellent, there was plenty of variety and it all tasted good. I don't normally like foreign food but i really enjoyed the food at this hotel and so did my kids. There was something for everyone.
On quite a few nights they even gave you champagne on entering the restaurant which was a nice touch. I was not too impressed with the outdoor pool as there was no lifeguard on duty most days and there was plastic cups floating at the side of the pool which put us off going in it.
It was also very breezy around the pool and shaded from the other hotels so we used the beach instead. We used the indoor pool a few times which the kids enjoyed as it had a jacuzzi in a small area of it.
The bar staff were very friendly but I found the restaurant staff were quite the opposite. We were told off for eating the tubs of ice cream in the morning but i thought they were available all day as part of the all inclusive unlimited ice creams but obviously not. I found the location of the hotel good as it was a nice little walk down to the beach with shops all the way so it didn't seem so long.
I asked for a low floor as i don't like lifts and got the 4th floor which wasn't too bad and a bit disappointed we didn't get a pool view but the view wasn't bad. The hotel was mainly full of elderly people and not many kids for my kids to play with but I suppose thats because its out of the school holidays.
Not too keen on the entertainment but the kids enjoyed it and they mainly focus on the children which is really good. The entertainment staff worked very hard. All in all we all had a lovely time and the plus points certainly outweighed the minus points.

We stayed in this hotel from 15th April-22nd April.We found this the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
We have stayed in quite a few in Benidorm but this one is certainly the best. The staff were very helpful and could understand English very well. The food was excellent, lots of choice for children and adults. Snacks available all day outside meal times up to midnight.
Entertainment was brilliant, they worked very hard. The evening shows were very well rehearsed. Cleaners were working day and night. Bedrooms large and spacious plenty of room for clothes in wardrobes.
It says it all, when we were coming home 3 coaches came to hotel empty and filled up just with hotel guests. Only one thing my children would have loved to have gone into the piano bar (adults) for a dance and couldn't even though we paid adult prices to stay at hotel.
We will certainly be going back again.

I have never been in a better hotel in my life. Food excellent, spotlessly clean. Plenty choice for entertainment.

We had the most fantastic time, we booked a last minute deal, and we couldn't of hoped for anything more,
the hotel was fantastic.
There were always cleaners around tiding up, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and the restaurant staff were brilliant. Very welcoming, it was like we were in a dream world, we really did have a fantastic holiday all thanks to the staff at the flamingo oasis.
We are going back later on in the year, and I can't wait.

Best hotel me and my wife have stayed in for a long time.
Rooms are very spacious and clean,staff very polite,food-cannot fault it and as for the entertainment team, their shows in the evening are fantastic. Its like youve been entertained and feel realey good and cannot wait for the next show.
Looking now to book for June and we cannot wait. Just like to add that anyone who lkies their football, theres sky sports on the tvs in your room and also on 2 lcds tvs in the lobby with seating so you dont have to go looking for a pub with the match on, plus the drinks are free !

The hotel and the rooms was always clean and tidy and there was plenty of room to hang clothes, and put clothes that didn't need hanging.
The food was excellent with plenty of choice.
The location was ok for my mum and me as we like walking.
The staff were all very friendly and polite. The tables were always been cleared in the restaurant and the bars. The entertainment was brilliant.
We spent most nights in the Piano bar listening to Pepe on the piano. He was very friendly to everyone.
We will not go anywhere else in Benidorm, and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent all inclusive hotel.
Very clean and fresh food superb. Good location for all amenities. Staff are frendly and efficient. Good class of entertainment catering for all unusual to find a hotel that reopens the kids club at 11pm to allow adults to be entertained. Well done.
Will certainly go back to this hotel as a preferred option.

Booked last minute for 3 star half board on New Years Eve, found ourselves at the Flamingo (all inclusive) well done Thomson holidays !
Hotel was fabulous and kept spotless, rooms spacious and cleaned every day,all staff very friendly as were the entertainers who put on there own entertainment at night as well as outside entertainers.
Ideal location short walk to shops and bars in new town,food was good with lots of choice and they have a carvery every day, 3 bars to choose from, reception bar is now no smoking except for small area at the back as is the other two bars, although Pepi,s bar still seemed to get very smoky.
All in all we had one fantastic holiday best for a number of years,cant fault anything at all would go back to this hotel like a shot absolutly brilliant.
